I warmly welcome you to this course of 7 wonderful and simple practices to do from Monday to Sunday and create a positive attitude towards your life. How we start our day can influence how we live it. So I invite you to do these practices every morning as you wake up and thus creating an intention for the rest of your day. Our mind usually focuses a lot on the negative, on what we lack or get stuck in worries, judgments, and self-criticism. With these practices, we take advantage of neuroplasticity creating new neural pathways to change the negative dynamics of our mind and learn to be more grateful, appreciate things more, and cultivate a love for ourselves and other people. Developing a positive attitude towards life. This course is for people who have never meditated, as well as for advanced practitioners.
