Journaling For Pisces Season: Emotions, Spirituality & Dreams

In this 3-day meditative journaling course, we will connect with our higher selves and align to the energy of Pisces season. Our prompts will focus on processing our emotions, tapping into our spiritual selves, and encouraging our dreams. Each day has a short meditation to prepare you for writing, followed by four journal prompts. You'll journal (or meditate) on each prompt for two minutes, but you can pause me if you want to write for longer, or you can revisit the prompts later.


Meet your Teacher

Marcy Farrey is a mindful content creator, storyteller, and yoga & journaling instructor. As a writer who values mindfulness, she believes journaling is one of the best practices for self-study and spiritual exploration. She often creates her own journaling rituals and practices for the astrological seasons and moon cycles, and now she wants to share these practices with others to help them dive deeper.

In our third and final session, our journal prompts will focus on our dreams, helping us explore what they are and steps we might take to accomplish them, both big and small.
