We will explore your relationship with sleep, the core fundamentals of relaxation, mental journalling, guided meditation, visualisation, and even sleep stories, with the aim to give you the tools to maintain excellent sleep quality once the course is over. Amy is a visualisation expert, with 15+ years of experience, delivering guided meditations both in person and online to others. She also has over 20+ years of experience as a professional voiceover artist and story narrator. Her ability to bring visceral worlds to life, and soothing tone and vocal delivery, will help you to unlock deep sleep, through the power of your own imagination.
