The system of praan chintan, or breath rejuvenating praanaayaam, was developed to allow you to raise the kundalini shakti (power of your life force energy) so that you can most easily remain in meditation and live life with health and ease. The breath is very closely related to the mind and emotions. When the breath is steady and calm you are balanced and aware. When you learn how to expand your breathing capacity then you are able to heal your heart and extend your life. These eight advanced praanaayaam methods are useful in improving various health conditions as well as your emotional well-being and in allowing you to most easily meditate and reach the samaadhi state in order to get the maximum benefits. They allow you to raise your energy from the lower chakras (centers of awareness) to the highest center, the happiness center, or the center of enlightenment.
