This was an excellent excellent course! Packed with information that the listener can use immediately in everyday life to enhance self-discipline. The information presented was done in a concise succinct manner that enables the listener to understand the science behind self-discipline without becoming overwhelmed. Also presented in a way that gives hope to the listener that the practice of self-discipline is a skill that can be learned and improved upon throughout the lifespan. I have subjectively percieved this course flooded with fancy shallow words resembelling a classic yellow self-help book. I appreciate the teacher's efforts, but the result was not for me.
