Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
We are going to begin this meditation by calling forth your angels and your spiritual team today to assist us,
To guide us and to heal us.
I want you to visualize a beautiful celestial circle of light form around you and the space that you're in.
This light is a container to allow the energies and the frequencies around you and within that the space that you're in to be high of the purest and most aligned to the angelic realm.
As this circle forms,
Feel the energy immediately upgrade and shift around you.
We now invite an angel and we give it full permission today to step forward and to be assigned to us.
We invite this angel to be our guides,
Our healers and our counselor so that we may receive all that we wish for today with peace,
Ease and abundance.
Now suddenly feeling this angel appear before you,
A golden light surrounding you,
Absolute unconditional power and love.
As the angel appears,
Take a moment to feel their energy,
To connect with their energy.
You may see them in your mind's eye or just feel them however they appear to you,
Just trust.
Dear angel,
Thank you so much for being here.
I want to begin by giving you permission today to help me.
I need your guidance,
I need your help.
I am asking for abundance,
For an upgrade,
For a shift in my own frequency so that I can manifest today with ease.
I desire today for the communication with others to be in alignment,
Allowing me to be in alignment with my highest and greatest path to my highest and greatest truth.
I give you permission to release all obstacles that live in my subconscious and in my heart,
To release the beliefs of lack,
Of fear,
Of inferiority that I have been carrying with me over the years.
Today I wish to embody myself to the fullest,
To the truest,
I wish to feel your love,
Your healing,
Your presence and your guidance.
Today I give myself the opportunity to align with miracles.
And is there anything else that you wish to ask for now is the time.
Suddenly the angel opened their arms to you and a beautiful white light shines in front of you,
Surrounding your entire being.
As this light touches your skin,
You feel an immediate upgrade and shift in frequency.
Every part of you begins to energize and activate and you're receiving the angelic healing and the angelic codes.
I invite you just to breathe,
Just to absorb and just to notice what you feel and what you see.
And just allowing this light to continue to flow within and around you.
And when you breathe in,
You're going to breathe in this light,
Inviting it into your heart so that it may open your heart up once more and wash away the pain and the heaviness.
And it moves through your heart,
Up your spine,
Through your lungs,
Through your veins,
Your muscles,
Your bones,
Your entire being.
This light is resetting your nervous system,
Taking you from fight or flight to a creative state,
To a healed state,
To an empowered state.
Creating a sense of peace,
A sense of belonging,
A sense of knowingness and trust.
And if you feel called to it,
Place your left hand above your heart to connect to your spirit.
And as you do so,
Declare these words as truth.
I am worthy of success.
I am worthy of glory.
And I am a winner.
Today,
I embody my highest self and align with my highest path.
I invite miracles,
Blessings and joy into my heart and into my life.
I give myself permission to succeed,
To thrive and to flow with life.
Life works for me.
Life is within me.
Blessings fall upon me with ease and joy.
I am a magnet for success.
I am a magnet for love.
I am a magnet for wealth.
I am a magnet for blessings.
I am open and receptive to change.
What does not belong to me will fade away with ease and I will let it go.
And what is meant to come will find me with ease and flow.
I am now one with me and the universe.
I declare this now.
And so it is and so it shall be for the highest and greatest good of all.
And when you're ready,
Relax your hand now.
Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,
Just surrender completely.
The healing will now be completed with one final motion from your angel.
They spread their wings in front of you and they gently wrap their wings around you.
And now they will say words of healing and all you have to do is receive.
The light around you begins to fade away and gently you find yourself back,
Back to the beginning.
You are now going to gently return back to your body,
Back to the space that you're in.
Take your time,
There is no rush.
Follow your breath and when you're ready,
Begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Take your time and when it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
