This is 5 minutes Breath Awareness Meditation.
My name is Seb.
I represent Meditation Secular and I will guide you through this short meditation.
Please find some nice quiet place and sit easily comfortably and close your eyes.
Try to breathe normally in your own rhythm.
Focus on your breathing.
Just keep focus on your breathing.
Focus on each breath in and focus on each breath out without forcing anything.
Just normal breathing.
If your mind is wandering now,
Don't worry.
It happens sometimes.
So no worries.
Just go back with your mind.
Back to the breathing.
Focus on each breath in and each breath out.
Now we will try to take a bit longer than normally breath in and a bit longer than normally breath out.
So,
Breath in and breath out.
Breath in and breath out.
Just settle in this new part.
Breath in and breath out.
Your eyes are closed and you are still focusing on your breathing pattern.
Try to feel your breath.
Hear your breath.
Try to taste your breath.
Everything nice and easy.
Breath in and breath out.
Breath in and breath out.
And now,
Easy and very slowly,
Go back to your normal breathing pattern.
Start to breathe as you like.
If you are fully back to your normal breathing rhythm,
Put your mind back to the place where you are now.
Go back to your home,
To your room,
To the place where you are sitting now.
If you feel that you are back,
Then start opening your eyes.
Take a look around you.
You can smile to yourself.
You did a very good job.
