Thank you for taking this time for yourself.
I invite you to position yourself comfortably and then notice your body and if there's something you can do to make yourself 5% more comfortable,
Please honor that.
Once you feel settled and supported,
Please take a deep breath in through your nose,
Allow yourself to fill up completely,
And then follow that with a deep sigh out your mouth.
Again,
Breathe in deeply through your nose,
Feel your belly rise,
Your ribs spread,
Your heart lift,
And then open your mouth,
Sigh out,
Let your shoulders relax,
Let your body sink into the support underneath you.
And one more time,
Let this be your deepest breath yet today.
Big inhale,
Fill up with that prana,
That life force,
That fresh energy,
And allow yourself to relax as you exhale and let go.
As best you can,
Continue to breathe in and out through your nose,
Letting those breaths support you.
Gently unclench your jaw,
Soften or close your eyes,
Feel your scalp relax and untighten.
Let the fingers on your right hand soften and let the fingers on your left hand soften.
As your breath flows in and out through your belly,
Let your belly soften.
Let the toes on your right foot relax and let the toes on your left foot relax.
And take a moment to scan your body.
Begin at the top of your head and slowly work your way down to the tips of your toes.
And as you do so,
If you come across an area that is tight or tense,
Try to gently release,
Gently relax,
Gently unclench.
All the while,
Continue to breathe,
One breath after the other,
Lifting you up as you inhale,
Helping you relax as you exhale.
Gently guide your focus to your heart center,
The middle of your chest.
And I invite you to imagine a bright white healing light surrounding your heart center front to back,
Side to side,
And top to bottom.
Let that light surround you from the inside out.
And then guide your focus over to your right shoulder.
Let that part of your body be bathed in that white healing light.
And then watch as that light easily and effortlessly travels down your right arm to the tip of your right thumb,
The tip of your right index finger,
Tip of your middle finger,
Tip of your ring finger,
And tip of your pinky finger.
The whole right arm from shoulder to fingers,
Surrounded and bathed in white healing light.
Gently guide your focus over to your left shoulder.
And let that area be bathed in white healing light.
And that light is so strong and powerful that it naturally extends down the left arm to the tip of the left thumb,
Tip of the left index finger,
Tip of the left middle finger,
Tip of the ring finger,
And tip of the pinky finger.
So your heart center,
Your right arm and your left arm are all bathed in white healing light.
You might imagine what that looks like from the inside out.
Or you might feel different body parts and experience a sensation as they're surrounded in white light.
Allow that white light to expand down through and around your ribs,
Into your belly,
Your low back,
In and around your hips.
The whole torso now surrounded by white healing light.
And that white healing light continues to spread all the way down the right leg,
Moving freely and easily,
Touching the tip of the right big toe,
The tip of the right second toe,
Tip of the third toe,
Tip of the fourth toe,
And tip of the right pinky toe.
The whole right leg from hip to toes,
Surrounded by white healing light.
Gently guide your attention over to your left hip.
Imagine that white healing light spreading down the left leg,
Easily surrounding the left big toe,
Left second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
And left pinky toe.
Both legs surrounded by white healing light.
Again,
From the inside out,
Gently guide your focus up the body to your neck and throat.
Imagine or feel that area bathed in white healing light all the way up in and around your jaw,
Your gums,
Your teeth,
Your tongue.
White light in through your nose,
Your sinuses,
Your cheeks.
White light surrounding your eyes,
Your forehead,
The back of your skull and head and covering the top of your head.
Everything bathed in white healing light.
Take a moment to imagine or feel that white light surrounding you from the inside out,
Making the shape of an egg around your physical body,
Your energetic body,
Helping you feel grounded and protected.
Offering a sense of peace and calm.
White healing light bathing you from the inside out.
Continue to breathe deeply as you imagine or feel how that looks,
What the experience is.
To be sure there is no right or wrong.
Instead,
Allow yourself to be present in this moment,
Surrounded by white healing light.
I invite you to take another deep cleansing breath in through your nose.
Allow yourself to fill up and follow that with a deep cleansing breath out your mouth.
Allow yourself to let go.
