Hello and welcome.
Today I will be inviting you to feel gratitude for all that is and release all that is not serving you.
You can choose to repeat the affirmations that resonate with you after me if that feels good.
You can say them out loud or just repeat them in your mind or you can choose to just listen.
Before we begin,
Make yourself comfortable.
Let your shoulders settle.
Release the tension in your face and allow yourself to relax.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and then slowly release the breath through your mouth.
Let's begin.
I invite you to close your eyes and bring your focus inward while you listen or repeat these statements.
Just notice how each of the statements feels in your body.

Taking another deep breath in through your nose.
Opening your mouth and letting all the air release.
Grateful for our breath,
The ability to inhale and release the exhale.
Making space for the next cycle of breath to come in.
