Thank you, I didn’t know how much I needed to listen to this until now. I found this practice very moving, it resonated with me a lot. I have been through some hard times that have made me stronger but I don’t always realise that I’m still carrying the weight of it on my back and that can be very draining. I will learn to rest more and not give myself a hard time when I’m not able to do something.
