Recently, I learned about the possibility of being able to see the Perseids Shower here is Southern California. We drove up to Santa Monica mountains. We didn't see the Perseids, but I was fortunate enough to see my first shooting star! It was magical. Days later, after seeing the shooting star I felt different.
