Hi,

Friends.

Esmond Vela from Ankura.

So today I'm inviting you to just stop,

To take a moment to notice what it feels like to be alive in this moment.

And begin by taking a full breath in and a long breath out.

And notice what it's like to just stop,

To simply be still in this moment,

To be present in this moment.

You may notice sounds,

Sensations.

You may be aware of the temperature of the room.

Notice what it's like to be alive in this moment.

Simply stopping.

And each time you find the mind somewhere else,

You can bring your curiosity,

You can bring your aliveness,

And you can play with the invitation of stopping,

Of allowing yourself to stop and observe it.

So let's continue to practice like this for a little while.

If you are ready,

Gently open your eyes and observe the world around you.

You can congratulate yourself and acknowledge yourself for taking this time and allow yourself to stop and notice what it feels like to be alive and present in this moment.

Take good care of you.
