Hi friends! Today, I'll guide you through a short body scan. This is an easy way for you to check-in with your body, to connect with your senses, and to bring a mind-body connection. By noticing our body we naturally calm our minds. You can do this practice sitting down, standing or lying down. You can close your eyes, or leave them open. However, I would advise you to stop moving. Remember, comfort is key. Take good care of you, Manuela

You can do this meditation seated,

Standing or lying down.

But I would advise you to stop moving.

You can close your eyes or leave them open.

Today I'll guide you through a short body scan.

This is an easy way for you to check in with your body and to connect with your senses.

To bring a mind-body connection.

So let's start by taking a full breath in and a long breath out.

And now allow your breath to find its natural rhythm.

Start by bringing your awareness to your feet.

Feel your feet touching the ground.

Notice your legs in all their dimension.

Sense the back of your body.

It's the front of your body.

Relax your belly.

Bring your shoulders down.

Open your chest.

Notice your arms in all their dimension.

Relax your hands.

Now bring your awareness to your face.

Soften your eyes.

Relax your eyebrows.

The space between your eyebrows.

Unclench your jaw.

And feel the air in your nostrils.

Coming in cold.

Coming out warm.

You can bring a smile to your face.

And now notice if there is any particular place in your body asking for your attention.

Any muscular tension.

Any pain.

Or maybe there is a lack of sensations and just the awareness of your body sitting or standing.

Now sense your body breathing.

Complete.

Take one last deep breath in.

A long breath out.

And take good care of you.
