Thank you for being with me today.
My intention for this session is to share with you some affirmations that support optimal health.
The best way to receive affirmations via your subconscious is to be in a very relaxed state connected with your body,
Grounded and present in the current moment,
Open to receive new thoughts,
A new way of being.
So I'm going to help you enter that state and then I will share these affirmations.
And you can simply lay or sit in your relaxed state and receive,
Listen.
Allow them to make an imprint on your heart.
You invite the feeling of them into your body.
So focus on your breath for a moment.
In through your nose,
Out audibly through your mouth.
On that audible exhale,
Visualize your body releasing,
Letting go,
Spraying denser,
Heavier energy out of your mouth,
Out of your energy body.
In your mind's eye,
You can see the density,
Texture,
Motion of that release.
On your inhale,
Notice there's more space internally.
Notice that the air you breathe in moves more freely inside.
Breathe out the chaos.
Breathe in the stillness and peace,
That sense of inner calm.
Through your insides,
Like the surface of a pond,
Slowly settling,
Becoming still.
Eventually reaching a feeling like glass.
Feel into a quiet,
Like freshly fallen snow.
Spend a moment just being with your body.
Just feeling into how it feels to be in your skin.
Fully connected,
Your consciousness aware of how it feels in every inch of your body.
Notice how you can bring your consciousness to any part of yourself,
Your belly,
Your knees,
Your elbows,
Your jaw.
Consciously inviting the quiet and the calm to each space.
Breathing into the stillness,
The release everywhere you bring your consciousness to.
As you sit presently connected with your body,
Allow yourself to open.
To the influence of a new way of being,
A new way of seeing yourself,
A new way of holding yourself.
As you listen to these statements,
Breathe them in,
Invite them in,
Hold yourself open to them.
I am glowing radiantly.
I am making music daily.
I am dancing freely.
I am well nourished.
I am exceedingly hydrated.
I am breathing deeply.
I am well rested.
I am completely attuned to my body.
I am vibrant and energized.
I am deeply connected.
I am playing and having fun.
I am deeply loved.
I am abundantly resourced.
I am at one with the flow of life.
I am fully supported.
I am safe.
I am at peace.
I am open to receive all pleasures.
I am sexually alive and satisfied.
I am powerful in my posture.
I am disciplined.
I am showing up for myself every day.
I am in alignment with my soul.
I am open-hearted.
I am a universe of cells operating in complete harmony.
I am healthy.
I am wealthy.
I am infinitely abundant.
I am a fountain of unconditional love.
I am radiating warmth.
I am charming.
I am engaging.
I am content.
I am confident.
I am grounded.
I am grateful.
I am full of wonder.
I am connected to my body.
I am a fountain of gifts.
I am wisdom embodied.
I am freedom in my expression.
I am loving with all of my being.
I am living luxuriously.
I am steeped in pleasure.
I am sensually satiated.
I am harmony embodied.
I am my own microcosm,
My own universe operating in perfect order,
Growing and expanding,
Constantly experiencing myself in new ways.
I am an ecosystem.
I am inwardly resourced.
I am channeling my genius.
I am connected to Source.
I am my soul embodied.
I am powerful essence.
I am the result of lifetimes of experience.
I am here to evolve and grow.
I am ever expanding.
I am complete.
Feel free in this moment to simply allow your body to drift into a deep sleep if that is what your body feels called to do in this moment.
