In this lesson, there’s three ways we’re going to discuss how you can change your response to stress. The first is through an acronym I call RISE, the second is through engaging in the behavioral and egoic override or tapping into our highest self, and the last is learning the 4 steps of a simple communication process.

Thanks for the course! 🙏 I enjoyed the content - there was definitely some good nuggets of insight and the meditation at the end was lovely. One minor critique is that I wished the days were a consistent length and a couple were pretty long (I think one day was 36 minutes) which makes it harder to incorporate into my morning routine. The longer classes ironically added stress (distress :) ). That said, I enjoyed the course and wish you the best. Thank you!
