The Wheel Of Life - Dreamy Audiobook Voiced By The Author
Welcome, Dreamer, to this tale of the Wheel, tale of Life and Light, a great journey through 4 universal Archetypes that we can explore to learn about ourselves and support ourselves in each phase of our journey, through many life journeys and their many turnings… This is a fully original piece, voiced by the author – me, Natalia Sonina, also presenting as natasonni. The Wheel is my curated tool, a model I have been using in my work for more than 5 years. The book – the tale – has been ripening for many months and was delivered over the course of 2 nights and 1 day. The structure is prepared but the talk is slow, raw, full of pauses – as drops of honey, filling a jar of life during a whole night’s course. It has no loops. Any repetitions of words are natural. Any mistakes call to be forgiven. This is a living piece, it may develop further. This version released on Insight Timer, is dreamy and good for sleep or long contemplative listening. With gratitude, natasonni
Transcript
Welcome,
Dreamer,
To this long journey.
This tale will emerge as you listen.
Its structure is curated,
Nurtured for many months and prepared.
But the words flow freely through it,
Inviting intuitive insight.
Prepare for many pauses and space to reflect.
This tale calls for a calm environment and contemplative mood.
There will be eight parts and some of them will contain chapters that I will call so that you can keep track of the journey.
This work is fully original,
Voiced by the author,
Natalia Sonina,
By me,
Natalia Sonina.
You can find me also as Nata Sonni.
I thank you for your listening.
The wheel that I'm describing and its four archetypes are universally present and in no way invented by me,
But only described.
This work is given freely,
Received with inspiration and brought forth.
And if you find it to be of remedy,
You are appreciated to choose a form of exchange,
Be that a message,
A commentary,
Or a gift of your support to the author.
I hope that listening will calm you down,
Bring you peace and tune your soul to its natural rhythm.
The wheel is created in that way.
As a tuner,
A compass,
A guide.
You will recognize it as it manifests through nature,
Through cycles of life.
And the archetypes that we will speak about are lived in the daily lives,
In many of our lives,
Journeys,
Undertakings.
The wheel is set in motion by forces of light and dark,
It is pulled towards the constructive direction of our life path.
And as we explore the metaphors,
The myths,
As we tell tales,
And as we study tools and practices,
We can deepen our understanding of the essential life force that is here and has always been here.
We can see ourselves at a given point in time on our journey from different sides,
Different faces,
Expressions,
Archetypes,
Our inner child,
Our inner child,
Our inner hero,
Our inner creator,
And our inner wizard.
So let the journey begin.
Chapter 1.
Archetypes of I The idea of I.
If there is one,
There are many.
This question arises in us as we observe ourselves.
This question has troubled great minds.
And been explored in philosophies and religions.
But we,
As people,
Encounter this question day by day when we see ourselves grow and suddenly we are not a child anymore,
We are not young anymore.
We don't recognize ourselves in the mirror.
And then one day we wake up and we still feel like we felt 10 years ago,
Or for some of us,
We feel that there is this eternal eternal I,
Unchanged inside,
But we also feel ever-changing.
If we follow the idea that human nature goes beyond matter and into the spirit,
Or even comes from the spirit itself,
If we follow the idea that we are one with the divine,
Then just as our human mind is unable to fully perceive the essence of the existence,
Consciousness,
And divinity,
It is unable to fully perceive the nature of I.
For,
When there is only one,
The weight of the one is so overbearing that no human can accommodate it in their consciousness.
For that consciousness would have to be boundless,
Endless as the universe itself.
And even if we bring this foundational philosophical consideration into our human lives as we live them day by day,
We find that we can not express our fullest self even on this simple,
Worldly plane at any given moment.
As we grow,
We learn the limits of time,
Space,
And resource.
And as our dreams may go over the horizon,
We,
Conversely,
May not.
We stay in the present moment,
Whether we realize this or not.
If we are lucky and wise,
We learn to prioritize and when we are even luckier and even wiser,
We learn to order our priorities in alignment with this eternal,
Internal,
I,
With our soul and our soul's purpose.
And as we go about our life trying to fulfill this I to its most possible completion,
We encounter the concept of roles.
We go beyond our own I into the I of the society,
Into the we.
And this brings to us a kaleidoscope of emotion as we're both supported and obstructed by others.
And we also need to relate to them.
No longer only our own boundaries dictate how much we can be fulfilled,
But the intersections with others can aid us and enlarge our capacity or can suppress and obstruct us in our expression and fulfillment.
And we also learn roles and characters through stories,
Which is a great,
Mysterious and ancient way that humans learn and process life.
And out of those,
And maybe some other considerations that are not named here,
Comes the archetype,
The great role that we can step into.
And step out of.
The role that is also a symbol,
Holding power,
Power that we can tap into to aid ourselves on our way.
In each role or archetype or expression,
We still stay I,
Our soul and our self.
But the composition of energy is unique and changes from archetype to archetype.
And we are therefore expressed differently in every given moment in time,
Just like the universe itself,
Ever-changing,
Ever-shifting.
But those moments can be gathered up in phases or seasons.
And for each season,
We have an archetype,
Or for every archetype,
We have a season.
Energy flows through us through this eternal I,
Like the matter of life that fills in the vastness of the idea of the universe.
In our being,
There is endless energy.
But we have access only to a miniscule part.
And even that very little is enough to make one human powerful and amazing.
As we observe nature in its sacred expressions,
We learn about ourselves.
As we are a fractal of nature,
As we observe seasons,
Phases of the moon,
Breath of ocean tides,
We see how the energy is eternally shifting.
Its shape changes.
It grows and diminishes almost to naught and reemerges again and grows,
Reaches a peak and dives down again.
And this rhythm,
This heartbeat is omnipresent.
It is not perfectly regular in its smallest expressions,
But in the big picture,
It is caringly predictable as if its waves are driving us forward by the sheer power of life itself.
This is the cycle of the life force.
And in us,
It lives just like in anything else.
We are born,
We grow,
And we diminish.
We leave this plane of life and we enter another plane.
Throughout the day,
We go to sleep to wake up in the morning.
We feel energized and we feel tired.
And those attuned to nature and equipped with sensitivity to its lunar and solar cycles feel rise and fall of energy throughout the month and year.
And just like on the physical plane,
On the plane of our ideas and efforts,
The energy is not consistent,
Or better said,
Not stale.
It has stability and consistency in this shifting,
In this rhythm,
In this frequency and vibration.
But in every given moment in time,
It will be different.
And out of this shape-shifting arises both a great resource and a great challenge for us.
It is quite evident that when we fight a wave,
We can be knocked off of our feet,
Drowned and messed up in many ways.
But when we ride a wave,
We can be carried,
Harmonized,
And reach ecstasy and oneness with life.
Chapter 2.
The Wheel Metaphor.
The metaphor of the wheel came to me as I was contemplating cyclical living and linear progress and the balance between the two.
Since I was very little,
I had dreams,
Anticipations of the future,
Goals,
And the drive to reach them.
I enjoyed making plans for decades ahead,
Sitting at the same desk where I would do my homework in middle school,
Lying on the same bed where I would read stories of great adventures and fairy tales made to stir children's imagination.
And when I grew to be a woman,
I was made aware of the cyclical nature of life through my very body.
As many of us do,
I had my struggles with it.
But in the end,
I found the cycle to be supportive.
There was only one dilemma.
Was I a cyclical or a linear being?
Should I listen to this ever-changing internal weather?
Should I attune myself to the moon and sun and expect things to repeat and take comfort in that?
Or should I persevere through silence,
Through rain,
Through day and night towards the northern star of my dreams?
The waves of the cycle would carry me back and forth and would make the dream elusive.
But when I pushed hard to ignore them,
I would only fall down,
Be wiped off my feet.
So then I turned to the ancient tool that has helped people for millennia,
Both in the physical and in the spiritual plane.
It came to me one day as a metaphor suited for all,
Not tied to female cycle,
But to the nature itself and even more so to the inner journey of our energy.
The metaphor of the wheel having four archetypes matching seasons or phases throughout the cycle.
Every end of the wheel,
Every phase has its own expression,
But the wheel is whole and is a circle which is moving forward.
And so the cyclical and the linear found their common truth.
As we go through life and as we go through our processes,
We show up in different archetypes.
In the beginning,
We are a child without experience,
But with immense imagination and potential.
As we grow and focus this potential,
We develop action.
We show up as the hero,
As a protagonist of our life until we grow to the peak and contemplate what we have created as the creator that we are.
But inevitably we wither into time of eldership,
Wisdom,
Before we can be reborn magically to the next cycle.
We are a wizard,
Caring all we have learned,
But having to let it all go to begin again.
These are the four archetypes present in every expression,
In every complete cycle without difference and limitations.
We are a child,
A hero,
A creator,
And a wizard.
And all of them are us.
All of them are layers of this one I.
Our self is complex and layered,
But it is also natural and in that simple.
You can imagine an onion or a Russian doll.
You can imagine your inner child and your inner hero and your inner creator and your inner wizard.
All of them are interconnected,
Layered,
Intersecting in relationship with one another and with life.
But they have to take turns to show up and when they are in concert,
Constructively showing up and giving way to one another.
Following the natural energy of light.
They can create great things.
You can create great things.
Showing up in these archetypes instead of fighting them and trying to replace them or reorder them.
The energy is unique.
Every expression is unique and every phase is unique and has its length.
And every time that length and that expression and its gifts and difficulties are completely different and unique.
And the way to go forward is free.
And with that,
The energy has that ineffable predictability.
This paradox of life.
You can never know what's coming,
But you can always know how.
In a sense,
Those archetypes are the how of life.
A character to each phase.
To each layer of the complex,
Multidimensional self.
Chapter 4.
The soul's wave-particle duality.
I have just relistened to a memory and a powerful legacy of one of my moments of enlightenment.
Perhaps so far a summit of light amidst depth of darkness that happened at a solo retreat I took in Greece in the year 2021.
I recall an adventure having woken up before sunrise and being urged out by my immediate feelings.
To journey to a hilltop monastery of Saint Ephraim.
A perilous journey for a single young woman.
It took me a few hours and I witnessed sunrise on the way and amidst a summer morning,
Already inside of the monastery walls,
I found myself chased by shepherd dogs.
And had to climb an olive tree to save myself.
And I was calling for help in different languages,
Feeling socially awkward in front of no one but the dogs present.
Finally,
I resorted to calling an abstract sound AU and still no one came.
And that,
When compared to how I sometimes call for someone inside of me to answer to me who I am,
But often no one answers.
Or instead,
A cacophony of barking dogs is my only company.
In that memory,
I contemplated I am different in every moment in time.
How to make progress in life and heal myself.
I need to love myself,
But also to improve myself.
To accept myself,
But also to change myself.
And it seems that I need to do opposite actions to myself at the same time.
Who I am now is shaped by that young woman sitting on an olive tree and is shaped by an awkward teenager or a dreamy little girl that I used to be.
With all the mistakes I made,
Any of these phases of life and even yesterday and this morning,
And all of that shapes who I will be in 5 more years.
In 50 years,
Perhaps.
So,
I was asking myself,
Who am I out of these versions of me?
Which me am I supposed to love?
And in that,
A concept of wave-particle dualism came to my mind.
A concept I learned one random day in a normal physics program in school and it struck me as a metaphor for the light of our soul.
If I can pass it on,
At least approximately,
Correctly.
The wave-particle dualism refers to essences of light,
Essential pieces of light.
That on the one hand,
Behave in the realm of physics as a wave would behave,
And on the other hand,
As a particle would behave.
And the scientists cannot tell us for sure if the light is a wave or a particle,
Something that has length and frequency or something that is solidly present in a moment in time and space.
Shapes matter.
And in the same way,
The light within us,
The soul within us is both eye of the here and now as a particle of life's matter.
And the endless wave of our expression in this life.
So when I love myself,
I love both myself in the here and now and myself in any given moment in time.
I extend my love and delight to the entirety of this expression and to all its possible aspects.
Along its whole length and to the very depth of its matter.
To both sides of this dualism and to the very essence of this oneness.
Chapter 5.
The circle of life.
As our life goes on and the wheel turns around its particular core and along its wavy path,
We are.
The cycle happens as older expressions fade away and the new ones take their place.
But those things essential never change.
In order to move forward,
The wheel needs to turn and we cannot stay the same.
Life is motion.
Particularly when this path is at its bottom part.
When we are in a deepening,
We have reached the end of descent and have to turn the wheel with extra energy to ascend again and continue to overcome a bump or a hill on our way.
In this moment,
When we turn through darkness and weak resource,
When we feel that we have reached an end but we still need to continue.
Only lightening up,
Only releasing the old cycle helps us.
When we reach the stage of the wizard,
We reach the end of the cycle.
And we dive into the stage of the child,
Which is the rebirth.
This act is transcendence to the new round of the cycle.
This is what makes life cyclical.
The fact that after winter hibernation,
Life reemerges.
But in order to enter this hibernation,
Trees shed their leaves.
Some animals take themselves away from the light.
And even the earth increases its distance from the sun.
Even the night becomes longer than the day.
We let go of some of our light,
Some of our life.
We step consciously into this darkness,
Prepared to be unconscious,
To go to sleep,
To lose control.
Only like that,
The current of life will carry us up again to reemerge.
This transcendence takes almost a miracle,
A great act of trust only the wisest ones are capable of.
And once we reach the wizard phase in our exploration,
Further on,
We will see what a deep challenge is presented to us in our culture.
To live cyclically.
But for now,
We will explore the expression of the child,
The very beginning of the cycle and its challenges and its development further into a hero.
And the hero's ascension to the throne of creator,
Who then steps down into the wizard,
Who is then reborn to child again.
And so the cycle continues.
Part 2,
Where we explore expressed and suppressed state of each of the four archetypes.
The healthy,
Constructive and wounded destructive manifestations of child's,
Hero's,
Creator's and wizard's energy.
Chapter 1.
The Child's Expressions.
The child is perhaps the most well-known,
Discussed and explored expression of our layered self.
In the current environment of conscious introspective people,
We connect with our inner child in beautiful and supportive ways.
We see our weaknesses and our inspiration in this internal archetype.
Innocence,
Vulnerability,
Beautiful hope for the future.
This is the child in us.
A seed of love and light itself,
That when tended,
Blooms into a magnificent tree of life.
But when suppressed,
Cracks and imprints its pain into traumatic cycles that repeat throughout our future life.
Where do we come from?
Where do children come from?
Do we come from flesh and fluid?
Or do we come from spirit,
From stardust?
A child starts,
Not even on the surface of this world,
But as a spark of idea.
A spark of aliveness,
Like a star glittering in faraway cosmos.
A tiny cell in a universe of possibilities.
A child starts within and grows to emerge pure and new,
Innocent,
But not completely new.
Because,
In a way,
It has been forever.
Whatever led to this new life has left its imprint,
Like the great big bang of matter and experience condensing into a tiny spot to explode into a whole new life.
All previous memory and knowledge forgotten,
Blown away by this mighty blast of birth or rebirth.
Where do we come from?
Do we come from life replicating itself over and over again?
Or do we come from will,
From creative order?
Do we come from mindless matter,
Curiously shaping itself into a constellation of molecules?
Wherever we come from,
We come from something.
The birth is not the beginning,
Just like the death is not the end.
So,
Without knowing it or realizing it until we become introspective,
We appear in this life with some previous baggage.
We are traveling light,
We are traveling as light.
But even this particle of light,
This little star,
Descending into its material form to walk the human experience.
Even this elemental expression is already packed with something.
A tiny backpacker's kit of the traveling soul.
A shell that contains multiple seeds to be planted in the earth and grow.
A constellation laying itself out into the sky.
And so we begin.
By our beginning we continue the cycle.
But in our innocence and lack of memory,
As the previous existence has been wiped out to its bare essence of light itself,
Of life itself,
Without any other attribute.
We do not know that we continue,
We do not know what we have.
We see ourselves exactly as this little particle of light in the great unknown.
And those fortunate are nurtured in this unknown by motherly love and fatherly protection.
Mother,
Shielded from dangers,
But supported in exploration.
In the supportive conditions,
The inner child blooms.
Joyful,
Free to play,
Sensitive of its natural tendencies and energy flows.
Not tied by stereotype.
When a child feels urge to rest,
It rests.
When a child feels urge to play,
It plays.
When a child feels urge to connect,
It seeks connection.
That's how children are.
They are intuitive.
They are great teachers for us.
In them we see the essence of life.
But we also see the essence of shadow.
When challenged or triggered,
Child's immature energy will try to avoid discomfort.
The child's ultimate value is to protect itself.
As in this protection and safety lies potential for future greatness.
And we imagine child like this.
Glowing,
Gentle,
Light,
Not yet powerful enough to spark up great ideas.
To heat a home.
To shine a light of wisdom.
And guide a way for others.
But a light so gentle and pure.
Primordial light.
Infinite starlight.
This glowing essence of a child finds itself in the vastness of space around.
The great unknown is the ultimate habitat of the child.
A protective layer,
A cave,
A nest.
Gently woven by an elderly adult presence.
Provides harbor for this child amidst the untamed sea of chaos of the great life around.
The child feels its growth and is mesmerized by the future.
By the image of self.
A child plays with energy,
With imagination.
Creating worlds.
But not yet able to manifest this creation into the real matter.
Playing with future paths.
Like with colorful pebbles.
A child is trying to feel and touch and see which one clicks just right and shines so bright.
To inspire a dream.
As children we have this great power to dream.
To liberate ourselves fully from shackles of reality and to fly into the world of potential.
Without any true commitment we have this form of faith and confidence that is not yet this mature faith following an objective.
But an unyielding hope for our dream to come true.
Being so small in the great big world a child glitters with the light of hope.
And this light is the greatest guiding star and the virtue of the child.
And through this hope inspiration descends upon the child.
Inviting them to step out of the nest and make this leap into the life.
Primordial light emits primordial darkness.
How can it not fear the great untamed chaos around?
A life is still unknown to it.
Fear is the greatest enemy,
Challenger,
Temptation.
A child is so full of life that cannot be hopeless and hope is ever present.
Hope is this energy of undying love.
Even when love itself is not felt hope stays as its reflection in the cold waters in the dark night.
Hope is a beacon that will not go out and it echoes with all the lives that were before and all the lives that wait ahead.
So it cannot be put out.
It cannot be put out by any darkness.
And it is only a choice to follow this light in spite of the fear,
In spite of the weird shapes that the shadows take around us.
Fear,
Threatening,
Bewildering.
Fear strikes us deep but hope lives even deeper.
And at some point the scales will tip.
The pebbles will click.
The child will see something in the distance that it once so bad that no fear can hold it back.
No stories by grandmothers that tell you not to go off of the path.
The self emerges stronger each day and one day it says I can do it.
One day a modest glitter of starlight is sparked up into a great flame.
A torch that leads on.
The child has been inspired.
Chapter 2.
The Hero's Expressions.
The comfort no longer protects us but holds us back.
The known is not enough and the unknown can pose no greater threat or fear than that of our unrealized potential.
A hero is born and the adventure begins.

Movies it has ascended above horizon and we are caught by its gravitational pull we seize the day we see it and we go for it we achieve and conquer we step over our fears we squeeze them down we resolve them wave them off and they dissolve as smoke they are as shapes and illusions and with the faith so huge it seems nothing can stop us the challenges and hardships of the world around are no longer a match for our energy no longer can they drive us back into the cave we are out in the light amidst the broad bright day and it is our day we persevere we believe our success lies in focus can we harness this fresh flame that we've been given by our inspiration and can we forge the realization of our dream in that flame nothing can stop us but insecurity and pride for a hero that is devoted that is following a mission that is invincible in success or failure the effort prevails the action and agency assertion of will of a human being onto this world lives the change is alive for better or worse a power of a charismatic doer is unmatched and so the dragons that this night has to fight rise from within pride escalation of ego intoxication by achievement disregard for holiness of life for free will of other beings idealization and a culture of self those are consequences of this unleashed power falling in the hands that are not equipped by introspection humility and accountability and this towering dragon is accompanied by a crawling slithering serpent venomous and deceitful which is the insecurity it is the flip side of pride whilst pride puts us on a pedestal insecurity drives us into a ditch who are we to attempt such greatness what right do we have to express ourself so fiercely in this world for it is so easy for us to fall in pride and better we stay small and humble it says for there is no way we can be worthy of such a path and such a mission for it preaches and warns us we don't have what it takes anyway the mission is too complicated way out of our reach the inspiration was an illusion there is nothing to have faith in nothing that can guide us we are lost we will never find the way out our qualities are not sufficient we must return to the cave and submit ourselves to more study more preparation more observation passivity and comfort until we may be ready but there is no image of readiness ahead only doubt the idea of being an imposter and while the hero can smash down the dragon of pride it must watch closely for the dragon of insecurity is lurking by its path and may target it's any step what armor what weapon can a hero rely on not to be overcome by these greatest enemies and the greatest armor is prayer and the sharpest weapon the surest weapon is faith for when we have faith it is not in ourselves but in something greater whether the act of prayer for us is spiritual devotional or it is only a symbolic tribute to chance in life we still recognize that not everything can be achieved by us and that the great flame that burns in our chest and drives us forward is in itself a gift a blessing of inspiration that we have once received from a source mysterious and ineffable and this inspiration has been given to us for a purpose able or wounded experienced or clueless serious or ridiculous alone or in company we must go on and never give up for it is not our personal benefit that we are seeking but the fulfillment of a mission and all pleasure and exhilaration that we receive from progress on this path is to serve as confirmation as fuel for our further steps it is not for us to consume it is for us through our journey until the peak of the cycle until the summit of the mountain until our dream is fulfilled and the act is complete the thing is created chapter three the creator's expressions you suddenly stop and you see it before you and you see that it is good and that it is and that in itself is good your creation you did it the dream came true materialized into reality now it is not just you but you and your creation exalted love plods your system you have created something new the life goes on or a day it can even survive without you you stop and look around no longer do you need to be a hero pulling all the weight on your back on your way you may have accumulated companions or established processes that support whatever it is that you do and now as a creator you take your seat you contemplate what you have done and you hold it with your loving gaze you observe it it is now a dance between you and your creation between you you respond to its needs you hold space for it to grow you have wisdom to teach it and wisdom to step back and let it teach itself learn through mistakes you have experience knowledge that is based not only in your unyielding faith but in the path the many thousands of steps that you have walked to arrive here and you feel that you have arrived and whatever happens next life will not be the same again because it has produced a fruit of your efforts and now you can share the joy the hardship you are fully matured you see far and wide from this peak of your cycle and your authority deepens the weight of your presence may attract others and you learn to guide them care for them to organize life around and to hold hold what is needed and hold it steady loving presence dedication to the creation living its normal life but you love it so much you want to squeeze it in your arms and never let go and you remember what was happening when you were in the beginning what if it happens again what if confusion and darkness descend you need to protect you need to control you know better and this indeed is the challenge of the creator to let go of control to just hold space because truth be told as soon as your creation manifested in reality and left the safety of your dreams to come into touch with the world as soon as it took form it is no longer just you and your creation it is your creation and you and the world so can you show grace can you show true love the love that is capable of the highest sacrifice to truly let go so this is the first transcendence a preparation to what will come in the end of the cycle but it mustn't end yet and though you feel that the energy is descending you know that it is actually the sweetest time coming when you harvest the fruit of your effort but can you let go let the fruit land softly on the ground let the events take their course let others do them while you do you always in the connection always in the symbiosis of love love is the queen of all what do you crown your queen with gratitude or wish for more love grace or control this is where you choose to impose yourself and try to rekindle the flame of hero's torch or surrender it that flame into the common hearth and settle in the circle of community sharing stories supporting one another and holding the space for each other and each other's creations to be in this world we are never alone even if our work has been solitary we bring its fruit forth towards others and that is our circle can you take your seed and let it be can you enjoy the beautiful sunset golden autumn or will you try to turn back time and be young again will you search restlessly for an elixir of eternal youth eternal life eternal growth will you forget what you have created will you abandon it will you be jealous of it will you feel guilt will you try to feed it with the nectar of love which is only a product of illusion trying to keep things always the same the sky always cloudless or will you let majestic lightnings to gallop through the sky and thunder to roar will you let the rain fall will you let the ground shake will you let it be will you now let it go because it's time the energy is descending the end is near chapter four the wizard's expressions where do we end is it the same place where we began do we fall into oblivion melt away in the ever changing mindless matter or does our essence rise to reconnect with the spirit of all the thin border between death and birth mystical thresholds from one realm to another no memories can be carried past that threshold but the melody can energy can essence can be carried only as much as would fit into this little backpack that a particle of light can carry forward now you are face to face with your essence do you know yourself are you prepared to truly let go and face yourself for it will no longer be you your creation and the world it will be again just you whatever that is we cannot stand the downfall we cannot bear weight of energy once great once flowing now coming down we want to hold it with our hands we want to turn around and run in the opposite direction to which the earth is turning the wheel is turning we run ever so far but most what we can achieve with this effort is just to stay on the same place putting more and more effort into this bare survival while the wheel of time is tirelessly and mercilessly turning forward but what if we could just turn around and follow what freedom could this release bring us it is so hard to let go even if we decided to do so from a prosperous throne of the creator once we step down and walk away we just want to turn back it takes effort beyond that which mere mortal can master we have tried it all hope,
Faith and love carried us forth but nothing could prepare us for what is to come can we stay true to our essence and in this find freedom freedom from sadness from the great temptation to fight the flow of time freedom even from the expressions of love but never from the essence itself because if we remember deeply we are one with that light of eternal love and its hope never dies inside us that flame we had as we were that child never went away and even as we mixed our fire with the fire of others and even as we were heating up the whole plane of creation we never,
Never ever lost that little spark that is always inside this is why we can rest in our freedom all else is the fruit of our journey the essence is just us as we began we end and if we have accumulated enough wisdom we know or we can intuit that the wheel doesn't mean to smash us into the abyss with its downward fall it is only turning onwards to a new cycle and if we release that peak experience we had we can fall freely into that new life where our essence is kept and our legacy awaits us and the path has already been explored by ourselves on the previous turn of the wheel although what future will bring we cannot know and this is why it is so hard to let go of what we have in the present of all achievements of the past and it is just and proper to look over your shoulder at some point and see what it is you are walking away from to forget for a moment that actually by walking away on a cyclical wheel you are also walking towards but in that moment of separation sadness arises in its many forms poetic and melancholic or dramatic overwhelming feeling of loss the world is shattering you are no longer growing but diminishing and fear mixes into the picture as if hinting to you that it is time to step into the child but how can you with all that you've been through you ask how can I do this why why why do I have to do this it's been so good it can be good again,
Just let me go back you don't have that drive anymore so you cannot say I will fix it,
I will make it,
I will do it but this sadness and bitter protest in you doesn't let you surrender although in that surrender you find freedom freedom is a mystery and even the greatest mystery is this turn of the wheel from the oldest to the newest stepping over this threshold if it ever existed but the wheels of our lives are not as grand as the wheel of the universe but they turn just the same we do not have to let go of everything every time the wheel turns but we let go of what is not needed anymore but even this separation can be painful and it takes great wisdom and discernment to say what is truly me and what is just mine what I can truly take wherever I go and what will have to wait until I reach it again along the course of events and this wheel is spinning this leap of freedom this leap of hope not even leap of faith for you cannot have faith for sure but you have faith that is hope you have faith that is freedom and those forms of that good energy those forms of love are accessible to you are the wings to carry you you are the wisest that you've been and as that as a wizard you perform this little miracle let go and step into the great unknown just to re-emerge and the wheel shall carry you softly there is only one rule you cannot hold on you have to let go and you do not know what this whirlpool will take you may not have all the parts together as you expected them but that is fine as a wizard you will make it work with what you have and on the same path every new cycle will get easier you have learned that by traveling this far will you remember it at the next turn of the wheel part three where we explore archetype as a tool its strengths weaknesses and tasks to complete how we learn to tell who we are at a certain point in time and how we can support that expression of ourselves and where we also explore transitions thresholds and mythical path of the four archetypes chapter one archetype as a tool as the wheel keeps turning we shape shift endlessly from phase to phase from archetype to archetype and as we change from a child all the way to the wizard the challenges and strengths and weaknesses that we have change as well conditions that are prosperous for a child to find and safety may be limiting for a hero whose destiny is to step out of the comfort zone and love and nourishment and healthy attachment to one's labor that a caring creator upholds can turn into bitter dependency and ties keeping the wizard from truly letting go and reconnecting with the soul's pure essence in many ways we cannot approach even one even the same emotion condition or challenge in the same way in every phase of our life and the cycle of creativity every turn every side of the wheel is different from that perspective the wheel becomes a compass that not only tells us who we are at the point in time but also hints where to go to continue most constructively on our path and we can observe the archetypes of the wheel as models and tools for us to orientate in the terrain of life as a complex clock mechanism our life contains many wheels turning simultaneously in different directions large and small scales we have relationships creative enterprise spiritual growth self-improvement and on each plane we can be at a different archetype when we focus and tune our tool we can observe the most natural and prosperous direction of this specific wheel helping to take us along our life path and destiny every archetypal expression light and shadow has constructive and destructive direction the light the virtue strength of each archetype is the highest expression of love at this phase the highest expression of goodness and light at this phase thus a child hopes a hero believes a creator loves and the wizard is free hope,
Faith,
Love and freedom are one and the same energy expressed in the different points along the wheel just like child,
Hero,
Creator and wizard are the same layered self of one person and the shadow travels along from fear dragging us down and away from the light of hope through pride with its flip side of insecurity whispering lies and unhealthy opinion on self trying to make us selfish and turn us away from faith in our higher purpose and the cloak of darkness extends through to control to authoritarian tendencies of the creator the need to shape the world according to one and only plan and idea suffocating it and eventually turning it away from love so this shadow can grow to monstrous ultimate hate of creator towards its creation and then sadness comes and overcomes the final phase of the cycle flooding us in regret and robbing us of our freedom arguing with course of time itself trying to turn the wheel into the opposite destructive direction to make the past the future and then the future falls into past where there is lack of life and disappears disappears from essence disappears from existence constructive direction of the wheel is marked by completion and fulfillment highest expression and integral task of each archetype for the child it is the task of receiving inspiration that will send the wheel onward on its new rotation receiving this blessing from the spirit itself for the hero it is agency putting in the work and bringing that idea into reality for the creator it is to care hold space and nourish its creation with the warmest and sweetest love so that it is filled with juices of life and seeds of further cycles and for the wizard is to let it all go retreat and recover and eventually simplify life to its essence achieve such level of lightness that nothing obstructs the wheel from turning on to free life and self from ties of the old cycle so that the new cycle can begin and this direction lets us travel forward while shadow is trying to pull us backward from the wizard that couldn't let go and transcend succumbing to bitter sadness and trying to put the pieces of shattering dream back together controlling it as much as possible falling back into the phase that was supposed to be the peak but now when it is not the time an unresourced creator cannot sit on the high throne and falls weakly a victim to pride and insecurities dragons once defeated have their vengeance and eventually drive diminished soul into the fear and the cave of infantile uninspired childhood childhood from which a downward spiral can occur further once contemplation of this fall brings up immense regret and sorrow and grief and so the sadness pools abandoned child into withering eldership without wisdom and this may continue as long as someone doesn't say stop and doesn't turn back to light be that the wizard finally surrendering dropping all letting go,
Letting the current carry tired bones into the sea from which they reemerge as a pearl as a star as the body for further inspiration and the child can be born and dream again be that the child facing its fears and beyond all doubt and reason having hope finding support healing the wounds and eventually finding joy and harmony to which new inspiration lands filling the sails with fresh wind of a new cycle leaving all darkness behind be that a hero who sees the dragons for illusions they are and with a tired hand defeats them powered only by true faith delivering completed mission to the feet of the creator whom the hero then becomes be that the creator themselves seeing the error seeing medicine of love turned into poison of control from care to oppression and asking for forgiveness and grace and extending ultimate love sitting back and holding space until time comes to step down from the throne and wither into the most mysterious of phases and archetypes in observation of such turn of events and energies we observe ourselves at four ends of the cycle and can extend to our self aid in form of practices support advice and light work in the form most suited for this phase so that we don't tip the scales towards the shadow side but keep the wheel turning gently and flowing on and in such way we will contemplate and study the archetypes to be guides for us on our journey to be to be tools for us to forge our destiny to be stories to inspire our life and to be the seasons of nature of our inner nature as it is chapter two archetype as energy and energies transitions how do we observe the turning of this wheel and the shift from archetype to archetype how do we learn and use this compass how do phases exchange one another which gates or thresholds can we notice so that we know that it is time to behave differently in different situations where we were pushing forward we can now let go and lean back where we were taking we can now give or where we were giving we should now take nourish ourselves or nourish others the seasons of nature shift gradually and also have their gates and rituals as with many truths in life it happens that two opposites put together form the answer just like there is no one day where spring comes and replaces the winter and there is a day when spring officially comes and despite that it is not one certain day but several days and celebrations happening as gateways to establish spring when first you grasp the earth under the snow when the calendar shows beginning of third month when day and night reach equilibrium when fields promise new growth frosts and festivity can be allowed resources that were conserved can be now consumed in gratitude for survival and in aspiration of new replenishment of sellers and stocks just like that the seasons of our internal landscape shift one day after playing with your idea with your dream after learning and nourishing yourself and preparing you wake up and you smell that spring in the air and you know that from winter comes new life from a child hiding away from the world comes a hero venturing out into the world and wild seasons of nature change through environment the internal wheel is shifting the environment within weather and climate the thoughts and feelings that form our inner nature and every season has its characteristics the child's season is akin to season of winter where the light is at its smallest and all life rests and regenerates and twinkling stars holy days at the turning point of the year are akin to sparkles of dreams and inspiration that the child awaits child's inner landscape is dark and mysterious and as we humans stand to see the negative for our own survival and protection in the child phase we can notice many fears and feel that we are in fact much smaller than the world but as we grow the light expands in us the winter shifts to spring and suddenly there is a boom of growth ideas come not as abstract wishes but as practical solutions a hero's face is full of action and drive its shadow is hard to see as it is deceitful but the sheer power the labor and passion of this face speak for themselves and then comes summer where everything is in bloom a paradise that we do not want to end things are as good as they can be and in balance and we think that this can be sustained forever all the existence is at its magnificent peak and the journey forward is easy as we are slowly in fact starting to go downhill even if we do not notice it yet until the golden crown of autumn lands upon the brow of a wizard poetically contemplating this final season that can be told both by its fruit of wisdom and result and by realization of energy diminishing and darkness coming again and the sadness that arrives with it and regrets that may come from golden September to rainy November the autumn is maybe the most diverse and colorful season of all until it loses its color into grey winter juices of life retreating down into the warm new sanctuary of Mother Earth Chapter 3 Archetype as a Myth The mythical archetypes the seasons impersonated have their origin rituals of beginning and end characters of legends cumulative images of each archetypal expression help us relate to a season as we would to a living being of a child growing and coming to age coming of age coming where?
Approaching the gate into the next phase of the hero this myth this persona exists in tales new and old little children facing great dark dangers children stepping outside of the house when not yet ready being consumed by evil tales of old not always end in an optimistic way they serve as caution and many new tales focus on the culmination of that phase of a child the inspiration received the initiation when do we stop being children can our biology tell can our psychology tell can our mythology tell a little girl finding her flow a little boy finding his strength both must come through pain and on the other side they emerge as young adults driven by a dream a dream that will call to action a dream that will pull them out of their childhood for not in the age they become but in spirit accepted among their fellows blessed and sent onwards to a further stage and then a hero a young woman facing all difficulties difficulties of this world and establishing her brilliant presence and achieving her goals is that not an exciting and familiar scene for many of our modern tales and the tales of old brings us classic heroes and here we know the hero has been initiated and must complete a mission and this completion is often a return return home but not in a capacity of that cared for a child but that caring for or carrying forth some product of this adventure that the hero had to withstand and go through to complete the mission and often it is the evil defeated a prize taken a union formed where at the peak of this cycle at life's excellent summit two essences unite in one it takes heroic effort when achievement is recognized the true greatness can begin further fruit is gathered and seeds are planted the being of highest potential can bless the world with creation creator creator's myth often emerges from journey of effort that was the legacy of the hero that the creator used to be but now sitting on high throne the creator produces manifests builds plants forms continents and fates and this power can seem eternal expressed in personas of great leaders and gods unshakable their pedestal and eventually chosen creators of us those who give us life our mothers and fathers the way we remember them from when we were little and they were great ultimate myth mother figure and father figure stay with us as mythical expressions for all the course of our life we can emulate them we can rebel against them or we can become them but it is through the fruit of us that we recognize that this myth has been lived in our life be that a living and breathing a fruit that is art be that fruit of flesh or fruit of spirit or both and as we complete and give what we could give the descent into the final shape the archetypical elder who is the previous mystery of death and birth the final and the initial thresholds tools or stories archetypes teach us and they are universal as the soul itself expressed in a female form and male form and in the form of genderless nature they are omnipresent present and living in us as energy that they are and as we learn to see that energy hear it and feel it just as we would read its story or myth we learn something and something more again about ourselves at each turn and each role and phase and expression we step into step in part four where we explore each archetype in depth across different planes of life preamble going further we will explore what archetypes teach us within planes of life we will apply the shape of these roles and expressions to the plane of creative work to the plane of relationship and to the plane of journey through life mindful conscious journey work can be artistic or practical can be done by hands and body and tools or by mind and the creativity can be colorful and intuitive or precise and scientific the work is anything from being an artist to being a business person from building a career in any field to following the whim of your muse in any field as well the only thing that defines work is that it is supposed to be a potent form of your presence in life when you engage with life to reshape it and to produce gain for yourself and others it implies creative process in a sense that something is produced and it may or may not have benefits in the form of recognition monetary compensation the plane of relationships may evolve around romance friendships communities or relationship to self and the overall life plane can include self-improvement efforts sports sports sports sports sports sports but without to change course of existence towards a particular possession or result but rather to change ourselves into mastery and we will explore how each archetype shows up across these planes actions can we take and positions can we hold to help the wheel turn smoother along the path across this specific plane in our life chapter one the child's phase of the wheel the child's archetype in work shows as a gap between projects or a preparation for a new occupation if we are engaged in a stable long-term career it may be even a phase where we take a vacation to rest and recharge or when we can afford to be less productive and more playful less purposeful and more exploratory occupation it is a phase of ideas and brainstorming when we are searching for something that will click we tend to be imaginative and we can speak hypothetically because we are not engaged yet proactive life and action we are curious and the future may seem both scary and optimistic even when we are in a dark place our fears are louder than our regrets we are not looking back,
We are looking forward but not yet ready to step forward we may flow freely and burst with thought but we may find it hard to follow through and the truth is that we are held back from following through by our intuition telling us that we need to be nurtured if we are not on that vacation we might as well take it it is not a phase where we can be productive akin to winter it requires cooling down withdrawing hiding away and in our buzzing work lives this may be a great challenge unless we find such a harbor such a space of childish whiteness we may not have enough energy in us for the whole cycle to come but if we manage to truly detach and play without guilt or fear if we tune in to our underlying hope that everything will be alright then we can get an inspiration so powerful that the whole cycle ahead will be supercharged by this living dream when you understand that you are in a child's phase at work be that in your own projects before you even decide to start a project or after you have taken a conscious break and you are just trying to keep yourself from the work and truly engage in rest be that when you enter a new career or when you study or when you are just on that well-deserved vacation how can you make the most out of this phase the answer is again nurturing a child because the child's task is passive one to get inspired,
To receive inspiration and the only thing that you can do for your inner child is to create conditions in that sense an opposite archetype of creator can care for that child it may be difficult when we are depleted and unable to nurture ourselves when we fall into the childish phase out of some negative predisposition negative preceding events but we should hope for the best and find support wherever we can pressure to come out too early from the comfort zone may damage the delicate system of a child but nurturing it relaxing and investing time in preparation will help have resource at its fullest once inspiration inevitably comes this is also a leap of trust for when you are a child you are most disconnected from your work you have just let go having been the wizard at the previous turn of the wheel that may manifest in you taking that break or or you have not yet started this cycle at all even though all the legacy of your life so far has brought you to that cycle you are standing here quite bare and even though there is no pressing task at hand general anxiety may disturb you you may face difficulties resting because you cannot fully trust that indeed there is nothing that you need to do productively right now you can have sort of memory shortage even denying your own decision to take this conscious rest and urges memories from previous cycle things that you didn't do may haunt you like blurred shapes in the dark and drive you into the state of unexplicable fear and again the virtue of this phase is hope no cathartic or dramatic action can pull you out truly from that protective shell only delicate trust in that eternal hope and reaching this state of lightness and play together with proper nourishment and healthy habits sort of a structure and discipline that a child may need when being nurtured though with plenty of space for free play only these beneficial conditions invite the light of inspiration in the inspiration knows better than you do and although pride is not a characteristic of this phase you still have to release the pressure you may be still imposing on life from the impulses set in previous phases and if prideful thoughts persevere you may find that you have even unwillingly rolled out of the protective cape and into the face of a hero and whether you want it or not it is time to act but this is for the next chapter if everything goes well your rest preparation play without attachment to a specific idea or concentrated productive action will create conditions for the receipt of a great inspiration that you will not be able to resist and you will jump willingly out of your cradle and into the activity only be mindful to recognize it from falling down the cycle down the spiral back into controlling or depressed states observe that the inspiration comes with optimism and hope and carries you into certainty of a hero's face when the pull forward becomes stronger than the inner resistance you know that even though not fully ready you will never be more ready than you are now the preparation is complete it is time to get out there and bring your dream into reality now in relationships archetype of child speaks to those who are falling in love object of attention is observed still from a distance with dreamy eyes possibilities for a future but there is not yet enough courage mastered to approach you may have a foolish crush that will just pass without carrying you further that will sting a bit as you fall down maybe to the stage of a wizard saying goodbye to something that has never actually happened or you may be in love and contemplate that poetically before taking the step as a hero that is coming and if you are in a relationship already this phase may be expressed in a peaceful mindful pause not a break but rather rest taking time for yourself spending a weekend alone it may also be expressed in fooling around with your partner and being childish together not being serious not making plans not being romantic either just fooling around and if you are single and no object of attention is on your horizon then this is the phase when you have already come over any regret or sadness for the time being and you are ready to pause the search in the journey of life's activities self-improvement hobbies travels this is a time for self-care you may find that you are frequently in a mood to muse about your life choices to be introspective and observe yourself and also observe others to compare to yourself and learn you may be taking personality tests you may be taking advice receiving space holding from a helping specialist or if you are a person enthusiastic in your healing journey you may conversely step back and relax dropping all the agenda for improvement and just letting yourself be spoiling your inner child a little bit before you take them to a next therapy session practices that are beneficial to the state of child of course connection with the inner child healing practices in this season between seasons between the turns of the wheel you may untie knots you may break cycles you are resting in this phase so the healing is not proactive but rather through beneficial circumstance and so all the practices that encourage flow and free existence within a safe curated space are most beneficial it may be free flowing writing doodling improvisational music any forms of curated and sort of aimless creativity it may be a good time for new information if you don't find that there are many issues from the past to resolve you may be in a receiving state and receipt needs integration and grounding having your feet on the ground,
Literally walking the earth barefoot on the grass,
Hugging the trees and working with earthy,
Heavier energies connecting with the idea of your root rooting in receiving the nourishment slowing down your motion practicing in exercise and pose if you practice yoga this is time to explore yin yoga and yoga nidra guided healing sleep these practices may connect well with your expressions across all life planes and bring benefit in this phase regardless of what you do make this child's face cozy for yourself don't be ashamed to spend a few days wrapped in a blanket because this is exactly what nature does covering itself with snow retracting the juices from the body of trees and down only to the root preparing for the spring that is to come chapter two the hero's phase of the wheel you are the hero you can do it it rests upon your shoulders you wave the flag and run forth to do the work what do you need to know to succeed on your path in work you are that hero when you have stepped out of your comfort zone and you've been inspired to start to go forward and now it is time to act there is no going back there is no stopping there is no holding you back you can be rash your motion is sharp soft cushions and blankets you need to be in the action and your enthusiasm is fresh you are committed you believe in what you do you may not be most strategic you know that you have stepped on the way and you are running along it feeling somehow subconsciously intuitively that you need to ride this powerful wave whilst you have it that may lead to some sloppiness and mistakes but those are minor in the face of great progress that you are making sometimes you may feel that the work is doing itself and you can only hurry to catch up with it energy is on the rise even when you find that your preparation has its gaps you can opt to fake it till you make it you can opt to jump over those gaps in order to advance faster you have the energy that can carry others not in a caring manner rather through charisma and example you have enough power to do and speak you are freshly inspired a recent convert you can promote advocate hustle this is also a startup phase in business when the idea has been formed and you're now all in it may manifest this creative burst and peak productivity you may feel that you are intoxicated exhilarated and drawn further and further by your work and to support this on the days that are less convenient you still show up with discipline as your task is to act if your constitution is not made for discipline you may find yourself at a difficulty for without action you risk falling back into the cave of a child but your challenges are around focus and confidence while in fast action it is easy to not see boundaries clearly you may overstep yourself and others imposing consciously or unconsciously and break a few sticks as you run you may become prideful and lose sight of the actual inspiration and mission that you've been sent on the work becomes about you and not about the work and this stage is exactly where it is about the work not about you it is the opposite of the wizard stage when you proclaim I am not my work and separate yourself and put yourself first to explore the depths of your existence here you disregard depth for the height as the light is rushing towards its peak you need to carry your work as far as you can riding this wave of energy but when you are steered falsely away from your true goal that does not advance you and to watch out for this is endlessly difficult sometimes when you act with persistence your challenges also rise day by day as you are out in the field with the big guys in the big game and when the challenge is great it can lead you to self-doubt this is the time to recheck the plan of work that you may have devised when you were channeling that inspiration and noting it at this ideation stage that was the child stage the hero stage the implementation calls for checking back in with the plan from the heat of action you may not always see clearly neither the path nor yourself and the impostor syndrome may arise but as the hero archetype teaches us we need to have faith and the true faith is humble but it believes in its calling if I was called to do it,
I can do it says the hero and so the work continues you may need wise counsel because wisdom is not at its highest you need to take breaks short but healthy replenishing breaks not to burn out because you burn so brightly this power needs to be channeled into something that truly matters ride this wave until it naturally starts to slow down until you see the fruit of your labor until your creation itself looks back at you and hints to you that you can sit and rest which will be for the next phase in relationships this is the archetype of lovers fair maidens and noble knights and those who seek love actively who believe in love you may be pursuing a special person's attention or affection dating showing up diligently maybe even not yet passionate about one but passionate about love making yourself better for your love whether you have one at the moment or not and immersing fully in passion declaring your love shouting it from the rooftops if you have a partner live your love to the fullest and make memories together if you coincide both at this hero's stage in your relationship which may not always be the case but if you do make the most out of it take yourself on an adventure it is now or never at least never in this cycle you are at your peak in your pride and you are irresistible believe in yourself don't let the doubt take over but also do not stare into that mirror for too long because it is about love and not about you whether you have that partner or not because if you don't again love is here for you so show up and have faith it is time to act the fruit is inevitable through the right action as this is the nature of things that they grow in spring may that fruit be the love you have wished for or the betterment of yourself through the effort towards this love you will know once you see and then you can sit back and contemplate and again this is for the next phase and in the journey of our self-improvement and many life's undertakings this is the time when we are putting our knowledge to the test we may have learned new things and now we try them in practice this is the time for hard work implementing new habits taking up challenges and actually putting the effort towards those resolutions and promises you've made to yourself be a daredevil conquer your dream climb that mountain for this is what the energy calls for in the practices to support you on your journey awareness of intensity and discipline work out stir that energy wake up every morning and do the things that light you up keep yourself on track and focused you can use habit trackers you can visualize your success or script it again and again you can go through a life purpose meditation or coaching this is not a time for talk therapy this is a time to set your eyes on the prize so opt for more forward thinking support techniques you may take consultation to overcome the trickiest parts of the track and to inhabit the energy of the season connect with fire learn and practice breath work that stimulates you breath of fire bellows breath various other techniques from many traditions and approaches you may also connect with real fire sweat it a bit chop some wood have a grill party fuel yourself do some candle gazing to center this energy you may feel like a wild horse you may even have trouble sleeping if you cannot fall asleep because you are on fire for inspiration don't lay idly on your bed for more than half an hour wake up get up do something write down your ideas sometimes the only thing you can do to calm this energy is to run it to the point of exhaustion but when you do it in alignment with your purpose you know that this water of your sweat and tears all falls onto the mill onto the wheel carrying you forth feeding that future fruit you may then rest easy and good luck as this is a great adventure chapter chapter three the creator's phase of the wheel being a creator is a great responsibility this is an archetype of leaders nurturers the most adult adults of our society it is an archetype of a parent whether we have children or we don't there is something or someone we care for an aspect of our life that is present and created by our previous efforts and the archetype of creator teaches us to take care of it to hold space for it sitting back is not always the easiest of tasks and sitting back is not always passive taking the seat and taking the staff of a leader of a guide and sharing shaping in work this is the phase of a mature product process or creation a piece that is done almost done the masterwork stable and confident accomplishment readiness readiness to repeat to increase the operation to widen the impact as a leader you don't have to do things yourself every part and aspect of the work it is time to team up with others learn to delegate shape that team actively do team building exercises concentrate on your creation but not with fire but tending and nourishing it,
Breathing more life into it you can share your knowledge with others while still being at the peak of your own productivity it is the richest and easiest flow it combines abundance of heroes phase with ease and freedom of expression found in the phase of a child though it is its exact opposite your cup is now overflowing you are ready to give to others shape collaborations and do the work that is needed and some more without straining yourself you shape the processes that through following cycles will support you you establish structures your energy levels it is more predictable so you can build long lasting plans noticing the trends and tendencies of how things are going because you are at a summit you see your dream coming true and you cannot help but smile at it it is alive here you are first both joyfully and tenderly sometimes for someone disturbingly split and separated from your work there is you and your work and you tend to it but you do not lose yourself in it anymore you remember yourself and you form a living relationship with your work that also observes boundaries for your thinking in big terms now you are thinking decades you know what is sustainable and what is not and as we advance as humans we learn to prolong this beautiful summer phase it can feel like days of peace and prosperity step by step your vision has materialized and is continuing to materialize taking shapes that you may not have predicted and while this booming growth of summer green is at its high you might be tempted to harness it and perfect it put it into the exact shape that you have envisaged when engaging with your work and your team your community you show love you wish the best for everyone you are quite selfless and giving but you may also be imposing and controlling not because you care so much for yourself but because you care so much for the work and you may accidentally step over someone's boundaries damage fragile new life that you have brought forth yourself here we learn to truly love our work and our urges to control everything are actually both the challenge and the proof of the love we have for what we have created but if we indeed want our work and creation to succeed we must know to step aside and let it live here is another beneficial place for a short vacation not a long sabbatical but a little break just to cool off from the heat of the previous phase you need to remember philosophy that the creator archetype teaches affection guidance and giving can be both nurturing and even medicinal to your creation and community but when overdone they may turn into poison at this phase dangers of burnout first appear not burnout in a sense of burning your energy to the bottom of it without achieving anything actually that was the risk of the hero who couldn't master the summit and retreated back to the child phase that could be called a failure but the true burnout is when you have been giving from your cup so generously that you have emptied it before your journey has actually completed and before you could rest in the phase of child designed for generation even though you don't have to work so uncompromisingly anymore as you did before you have to take care and keep watch over the work that you have done show up consistently and to do so you need to remember what love is truly about and where it comes from it doesn't come from the self and the stories we tell ourselves and even that fruit you have created it comes from a higher eternal source,
The very same source that first gave you the inspiration mastery is to learn to channel this higher love and direct it right towards your work without imposing your selfish perspective without passing on the wounds that you may have accumulated just nourishing it with love watching it grow steering it gently only to the minimum true minimum necessity not when your work risks a failure because from failure you will learn but when your work truly risks premature death is it a risk for its very survival you may step in more proactively and even then mysteries of how things are done and undone are difficult for us to step into and influence but mostly your task is akin to that of a parent,
A guardian a gardener creating those conditions in which the work will prosper and it may be through your internal capacity for leadership for true stewardship as the loving form of leadership that the creator architect teaches us or it may be through physical labor in the field to organize processes and structures things channels through which the work should go to reach prosperity prescribing,
Describing teaching others at the height of summer laying the foundation for survival over autumn and winter this is exactly the time to start preparing wisely for what you know at your heart awaits the downfall of the cycle you need to create conditions you need to stock up to survive and while others around you who may be in their different archetypes may not see that but you as a wise leader will make preparations for future before you can retreat and process this inevitable downfall withering into the further phase that lies ahead and in relationships partnerships partnerships as through this exploration we are talking about partnerships and of course similar things may apply to other forms of relationships but that one between the two serving to us as the example and in that this is also a prosperous phase where we savour love in all its forms as this is the archetype that has love as its guiding star and virtue not the love of big gestures but the love of shared life common rhythm and support practices that we create to carry us through whatever may come if you have a partner that you have been dating this may be a phase when you move in together start caring for a shared household for some couples it may be a phase when they consider bringing a child into the world the ultimate act of the parent phase the motherly and fatherly phase of the creator archetype which as divinities do have many phases but we simply always share joy of life with each other and the world we give generously large expressions big undertakings together are best done when both partners share this phase but when only one partner is in the creator's archetype and the other may be anywhere else in the journey the one sitting on the summit and contemplating the plane of love life from the top may extend a supporting hand and put in a little bit more effort to the balanced portion that the full overflowing cup allows in our journey of self-improvement and many interests that we take in life this is the phase where we express at our fullest we can self-express in movement in movement in art in celebration we can create high art and be high on art we can be at one with the community as a giver it is a time to lead active lifestyle and have an active and caring position in life time to share love with others and through occasional wise word gesture example example and support teach others about love this is also the phase where we come together we come into the light the phase of communion not with spirit but with the other beings of flesh and blood that we walk this journey side by side with and practices that can support us at work in relationships and overall in life are practices of love and gratitude as gratitude is a suitable crown for the peak of the cycle we can challenge ourselves to to be humble while sitting on a throne of prosperity through gratitude is not a relief that we overcame challenges nor is it a token to benevolent gods gratitude arises from love towards what has been created gratitude recognizes and sees what is done for the good that it is it is also a practice of acceptance for not all things call for being grateful for but from the height of the creator's face we can practice acceptance and love even for things that are hard for us to accept in any other phase of the cycle this phase is all about love to self and others you can write love letters explore and practice different love languages practice you can engage in balancing breath work connecting with the essence of air in your energetic heart if you practice movement it is time for you to see your peak a pose or a movement that expresses the peak for you and find stillness and mastery in that movement artificial practice is focused time to make yourself present and available to the things that matter to you without detailed planning the thing itself will tell you what it needs at that point in time but in your busy and rich schedule you need to plan time for things that matter to you this is also form of giving time and attention are the most valuable things we can give if love extends to our work and to others any group practices and bonding experience are welcome and supportive during this phase and being at our highest we may face issues that often prove to be most challenging healing the wounding between self and parent mother wounds father wounds in this phase are available for us to heal from the height of our summit we can extend love even to places that we thought were unaccessible to it we can see our parent as a child and innocent we can see through their layers towards their inner child and find forgiveness and if we are parents and we find ourselves aligned in a parent archetype we may deepen the loving guidance that we are able to extend to another human being placed under our protection and stewardship and this phase having the widest perspective and the furthest reach can also pre-plan and pre-determine conditions for our future healing when we arrive in our descent to the child's phase again chapter 4 the wizard's phase of the wheel life is a mystery and the mystic experience in the wizard archetype teaches us to see that through all planes from most mundane to most sacred in our work projects business creativity we can be a wizard but that wizardry is not one that solves any problem and achieves any result moving mountains and taming seas it is not the outwards performance that the wizard exhibits the wizard the wizard is not the hero that goes out into the world and performs the wizard retracts from the world this phase has somewhat monastic mood to it and that is opposite or far from what work is perceived as by our society but even today we find examples of work oriented not towards productivity but towards truth and purpose some aiming towards others some aiming high into the sky towards enlightenment and some aiming deep into the roots of the earth to heal and restore the planet that we call home and even on those paths not even speaking of the paths more worldly it is challenging for us to accept the decline to see when our way is heading into descent finding true freedom amidst business of work stepping down from the seat that has become so familiar during our phase of the creator is a challenge sometimes beyond human ability that is where spiritual comes to aid you know at your work you have done your best you have held and now you can release you are slowing down and this descent begins joyfully with a harvest it may be a good time for a celebration but the feast you are enjoying is not meant to sustain you on a further ascension up and down you shall go the energy is not rising anymore and the dark night approaches how can it not bring sadness upon us as you look down you do not see the further way up from experience and wisdom you may know that it awaits but this is where you sit and recapitulate you see the fruit of your efforts you look back at the path that you have walked so far healthy realization that you have showed up at every step to the best of your ability and you have brought forth a fruit of creation and the work that you do is not you and now the ties you have with it are loosening for a short time or a short break that you do need that your soul requires or sometimes for good you know that the work has been inspired carried as a mission and brought to the height of love and light by love and light flowing through you in the previous phase of the creator you may have learned to feel how this light is flowing through you and even to channel it into your creation and now it is time to shine that light inward again to see to see what is left of you after you have worked so hard and given it it all because you are the matter,
You matter you are the matter through which your life is created and it is time to tend to that matter to prepare for that rest that awaits in the child's face to prepare for joy to prepare for coziness and being cared for eventually being guided further but now this phase that may pass swiftly if you master it this phase calls you to let it all go to be free of it all truly free not selfishly free to diminish you may be confronted as most of us are in this world to maintain the work always high always up to the standard and if you have not learned well that you are not your work you may think that this is exactly where you need to maintain yourself the work will live on and have its own ups and downs and you should too but we fear decline because we are associated with death and we do not know actually what death brings but we fear the end we fear undoing we see that it is dark but darkness is not our enemy here sadness and regret are our society society tries to maintain the line forever forever and this is our biggest collective challenge we cannot stop producing we are stuck not even in the face of a loving create but either obsessed with control or an anti-hero consumed by its demons of pride and insecurity interchanging one another having come out of this traumatic cycle if by chance we achieve the wizard stage in our enterprise how can we trust that if we let go life will carry us and will bring us up on the next turn of the wheel turn of the spiral so this is why we get depleted we burn out it is impossible to fight the natural course of time so we create resistance and friction that can erase anything that made us human to the very bone but why do we resist so much why cannot we let go of that productivity accept that for some time,
And it may be a short time may be a short winter that awaits but for some time there will be no fruit instead deep unseen processes of mending and nourishing that are long overdue will be quietly happening why do we resist this do we not long for that rest but we want to take the rest up in the summer hammock,
We do not want to descend into a dark cave of a child most of all we fear separation as we are separated from our work ties cut we are let loose we struggle to define ourselves who are we without this thing that we do mystery of the wizard can start with analyzing your journey so far and arriving to the most natural conclusion that in fact separating yourself for a time from something that you love so much is the greatest expression of that love true love and freedom things are impossible without one another they are one and the same you give freedom out of love and you love there where you are free so into this freedom you shall now tune with no attachment to the results of your previous efforts,
You just observe them,
They are not defining you anymore this is where you prepare to take that break,
It may be as simple as planning a vacation,
Leaving instructions for your team but knowing that they will do it their way in any way at young and fruitful beginning of wizard stage as generous autumn you may still give and coach and pass knowledge but as the golden crown dissolves you walk away contemplating your work from afar you may still take time to make notes do some editing and even poetically breathe but sooner or later you just let it go you let it be so that you can also just be your pure awareness observes your life as if from a great distance this too shall pass you value each moment and cling to none you are at one with the very freedom of your soul and a final realization before the wizard's eyes close is that there is actually no separation and many opposites are just parts of a whole in our relationships that philosophy applies just the same you make peace with romantic decline and you allow for shadow work and just like that in the relationship to yourself you reflect on yourself you take notes on the cycle that has been the lessons you pin down any legacy for the future and you release when the fruit of wisdom is gathered the cleansing rains have passed and the golden colors have turned to grey and finally you know to move on you are free from it all no need to do anything just be just watch how the wheel is turning practice that through contemplation first a ritual of closure if needed cutting ties with things that you leave behind grieve what needs to be grieved write poetry read and relate listen paint,
Sing it stretch it out in your body long stretches through yin yoga again long walks to calm the restless mind that resents you for letting go give in to the flow of life you may find support in water taking baths going for a swim floating this is also a season for facing your shadow as you are as wise and prepared as you may ever be no longer judge and separate you are almost with the one the oneness unity of all the non duality of life is within your reach now you are the closest to comprehending and thus you can not only see but welcome your shadow and it is time when you can tell great tales and do the work with symbols and archetypes you can read the future that this version of you will never see and inevitably you just let go of that there is a meditation practice called neti neti in the yogic tradition meaning roughly I am not this,
I am not that you repeat these words over and over again until you come into proximity with the mystical state of unbecoming part 5 where we tell chapter 1 a child's cradle was brought forth by waters descending from mysterious source some say from heaven itself from another life the cradle was washed over to a sandy shore the child would not remember caring hands that picked the cradle up and brought to safety a voice would say so natural so ever-present that the child would never question who it belonged to a voice that would encourage first steps that would warn against danger and tell stories the child's imagination sitting on the edge of safe and protective cave the child would play with softly polished stones that the sea would the caring voice would say mysteriously that those stones used to be stars shining in the sky and they grew old and fell into the waters polished by time until they landed here in child's hands to play with the voice would say that every stone has starlight inside but it cannot be seen if the stone is broken and even if it was grinded down to sand but the voice said that the sandy shore was so sandy because of many many failed attempts of many many people before who wanted to capture starlight and would break the stones and grind them down but would never find any for starlight was so delicate and thin that it could be barely witnessed by naked eye and only in complete stillness for the stones were where the starlight was resting and it thinned out almost to being invisible the guiding voice told child many other stories too of great voyagers of the sea explorers healers great leaders and great lovers and stories would fascinate the child and the rhythm of the voice would float in harmony with clicking of pebbles that the child would roll from one hand to another dreaming about what the future holds but one day the sea seemed to shine so bright that the child kept it special and close to heart it seemed as though the starlight is almost visible in it captivating the child the child would ask endless questions to the guiding voice about the nature of the stone about the nature of the starlight how to see it what holds it in the stone what is its future if it is released from the stone and can the stone go back to being a star in the sky the guiding voice provided answers as well as was possible but never directly answered the question the underlying question of how can this beautiful stone that the child cared so much for ascend again to be a star in the sky the voice said that the sea and seaside are too far away from the sky and as it witnessed the child through the stone with all the strength that the child could master and then rush panicking to find it when it fell again the voice would turn to smile and repeat it is just too high little one it cannot reach that height but at some height it would stick it is far out of reach one day a traveler stopped by the cave and more stories pictures music from lands far and wide entered the child's world stirring the imagination in one picture there were strange teeth with no face or claws growing from the earth itself and the child was asking what is it and the traveler explained that those were mountains peaks of the earth itself reaching almost to the sky the child had never seen mountains as for the whole life the safe cave provided shelter and boundary for the child's existence but now the child knew where can I find the mountains the child asked the traveler and with instructions that could never be too precise and with blessings from the guiding voice the child stepped out to bring the precious stone to the mountaintop so that it can rise to be a star again and that day exiting the cave the child stopped being a child and would not look back chapter two a hero stepped through the gates towards the light with a mission burning in his hand he knew where he was going to the summit but he knew this only in his mind from a simple guidance and with poor preparation as he could not even know what to prepare for I am big he said to himself and I can do this and he walked a thousand steps a thousand times there was no sign of the mountain he had seen it once on a picture and once from a top of a hill on a clear bright day when the air was strangely thin but never since he felt that calling when he put his hand on his heart but through stampeding noise and tired pump rushing blood through the body and through soreness of his limbs he could barely make out any feeling at all I am big I can do it he reassured himself and something in the bush echoed back he stuttered but disregarded it at first following the path but the valley grew narrower and the forest grew thicker and the shape in the bush appeared more often it started speaking unpromptedly reassuring and trying to warm its way into the hero's heart you are big you are strong you can do it it would say and the hero would enjoy its company as he'd feel alone and tired from his burden a few times the path would split and the hero would know the way but at every turn less and less surely and there was a point where the path would sharply ascend and through the hardship the hero would push on double down and trust that this would finally be the way towards the mountain but it never was the path would even out and descend again and there was no high point from which to look around and one time the path split again into a sharp climb and an easy descent and from that path that went down a voice also familiar now called come big one hear the way smoother they have heard of your deeds and journeys they will welcome you and honor you come with me and the hero exhausted and yearning for an easier path would be swayed into that direction and when he took a step downwards from behind the bush a great monster came and opened its monstrous bottomless mouth that mouth even though surrounded by sharp teeth that stuck out in all directions through its darkness and warmth reminded vaguely of that cave that the hero had left so many nights ago but something burned his hand and burned in his heart and he snapped out of that illusion and saw the monster for what it was the monster would persuade and promise to carry the hero on its back through the crowds of people paying their tributes to the hero but the hero would remember that victory has not yet been achieved and would back away from the monster to continue the perilous path of ascension but the monster would now stop across that path as well and challenge the hero if you are so big come and defeat me and the hero took no heed and said let me pass but the monster would snap its teeth and would hit the very ground from under the hero's feet threatening to consume the mountain itself with all the dreams that the hero hoped to achieve and then the hero pulled his shining sword out and slashed the monster and the hero then entrusting his feet into the hands of his faith he walked a thousand steps thousand times again now the ground would steadily rise and the shape of the mountain would be seen a labyrinth of sharp rocks seemed to confuse the hero on purpose and behind the rocks another shape would lurk and speak to the hero convincing him to turn back you are not so big look at the mountain how big it is you are a tiny grain of sand compared to it you should turn back and it would speak to the hero when he covered his ears and it would call him weak and worthless and tempt him into returning it would offer him comfort even here and point to many caves in the mountain that would provide safety spare yourself from that suffering that lurking shape would urge and it never showed itself into the light and would always sneak up to the hero not letting him catch its tail not letting him defeat itself as he defeated the monster before and with this company unwelcome undesired he would walk up until the slopes of the mountain became within his reach and he would make a final push he made it and others saw it and started to follow and he felt how the dream is taking shape and weight and pulling him up as if it was a great magnet all hardship was rewarded and the final steps to the mountaintop he seemed to fly being pulled by his dream itself he only needed to support it although it was huge now a whole star but it floated and pulled him up and he needed only to match his steps to its flow the view from the mountaintop was breathtaking and all exhaustion fell off the hero's shoulders he stretched his arms wide and looked up to the sky the sky the sky was beautiful it was sunset the stars were beginning to shine chapter three she was standing on a mountaintop she took this journey as only the bravest did before her as great heroes from old legends she too carried her star to the top of the mountain and she looked to the sky and saw glittering stars and wondered which one has ascended many years ago from this very mountaintop where the throne of the great one still stood erected by people who celebrated the deed of a great hero and crowned him king watching the stars with her eyes that shone as brightly as the brightest of those she didn't feel the weight of her own load and she didn't see anything else around she knew that it was time to push the star gently up and send it onto its flight to take its place among the constellation that awaited it and when she did it with tears in her eyes and took a careful step back to watch it better voices around friendly voices called to her sit oh great one you have come a long way she hesitated it could not have been a call for her as she has never been great she always had to struggle and fight for her dream and prove twice as much as any hero before that she could do it and when she did and she looked around she could not believe what she saw a friendly crowd a circle of people and a seat awaiting her and she took that seat and from its roots that spread it down through the mountain and to all corners of the land love floated to her and held her and supported her she had not known she could feel so much love she still watched the star go up and she watched faces of her friends and she would care for them and guide the way for other stars to ascend she would make sure that others wouldn't have to suffer so much as she did she would take care of them indeed they crowned her queen and she had now the will and the right to direct flight she knew how it should be done she would observe them and instruct them and she would cut down woods and level out hills to make way for more stars to rise into the sky on schedule precisely her heart started to ache she had stepped from her seat and was flying all around the place just carrying her will onto others without touching back with the foundation and guided by that pain in her heart she sat back and she saw and she asked for forgiveness and forgiveness she received and forgiveness she gave to all those who had ever made trouble an obstacle for her on her way and she saw young others trying and the obstacles and monsters that awaited them but she saw them all with love and the profound gratitude overcame her she saw how everything was good from all she had done she was tired and in the emotion laid heavily on her head she leaned forward tilted her head down and supported it on her hands and something fell with a metal sound and rolled down a wheel a crown fell from her head she could not be the great one anymore and as she slid down from her seat onto the ground that she thought would consume her she saw how others are stepping in to care for this summit for this place where dreams come true and she knew that whilst she closed her eyes to rest her dream would go on she knew that the paths she has laid and the science she had placed would be seen as needed and she also knew that the stars are not all hers to carry and that the mountain and the way is not who she indeed is through all that has been she has felt her very soul inside she has completed her task and held space for others now it was time to retreat and hold space for herself chapter four the wise one was sitting on a porch of a hut built on a steep mountain slope that ended in fog and sharp rocks on both sides up and down just as impossible that one could have climbed that mountain and just as impossible that one could safely go down it the wise one contemplated the journey almost as if someone else has completed it the wise one wrote down a few words a white bird came and sat near the porch handed the notes to the bird may the knowledge be passed further the bird took off the flapping of its wings and its cry made the wise one sad the bird could so easily fly up the mountain and the view from the mountain was so beautiful and all the glittering stars why did it have to end?
Why did the path descend?
And where would it go on?
Was there another mountain ahead?
Or did it lead to the bottom of the sea?
And from the bottom of the sea where would it continue?
Was there another mountain beyond the horizon?
A mountain a mountain up in the sky the wise one did not know the answers climb back not a calling not a yearning but bitter regret you should have never left climb back and the wise one forgetting your wisdom would face the mountain and try to brave it only hands were weak and could not hold the old bones were fragile and would easily break and the mountain was as tall as ever and it didn't make itself easier to climb the wise one returned to the hot and sad tired on a porch the wisdom suggested that a way down would be the way up eventually but that the way up would only be the way down at this point you should always consider who you are at a point in time the wise one had to remember on another piece of paper the wise one wrote a poem and then sung it and danced it could even bathe in it sadness and joy united in one and the wise one moved by neither of them the wise one was not a hero not a creator a long not a child the wise one was not even wise one just one white wings appeared a bird told the wise one he wanted to hand the work produced to the bird to carry into the world but the wings were growing as the being approached such a wide and strong and purely white wings spotless matterless almost transparent could not belong to a bird wise one stood up and walked slowly towards the edge a melody still beating in the heart crossing the border between matter and spirit the wise one turned back to look at the mountain once again wings part six where we explore personas aspects and intuitive manifestations of the archetypes tales tell us of archetypes pronouns names and dates tell us nothing it is not great heroes and wizards that we read and hear about and that we are fascinated by it is versions of ourselves of our essence potential versions of us in the multi-universe they draw our attention the resonance that our soul finds in other souls that our journey finds in other journeys as the shape of the melody the shape of the path resembles in some ways another and so a child a hero,
Creator and a wizard can be he or she can be one or many can be it or cannot be at all and can be all at one the great mystery and we see it through our lenses,
Through our ability so many stories of heroes but the same archetype so many stories of creation but the same world the same death the same birth for everyone for we are one a child who is this for you?
What is your child's archetype?
Child's persona inspiration that has captivated you moved you supported you a little girl,
A little boy a little being character has always been attached to a few chosen stories that my heart responded to I remember the lion king as he was little oh,
I just can't wait to be king the cartoon lion would sing a child who anticipates his ascension into the role of hero creator for many the archetype of magical child can be found in the stories of a certain boy with a scar on his forehead stories of children getting lost in the woods surviving red riding hood a girl that braved the great unknown a cartoon called Inside Out where a little girl was exploring her inner world learning about joy and sadness those characters are seen differently by all of us we would touch someone and leave someone indifferent in our head they create personas and supported by the archetypical idea concept of that certain expression of self they form an essence of our inner child that we can place in the situations of our own experience that we lived through as we were an actual child the being that we were the child that we were and our inner child are not one and the same but it all gathers up and can be related to worked with archetype being a lens that filters out our child persona from the surrounding memories that emphasizes the roles,
Patterns tendencies the essential energy of the child and stories,
Tales particular personas help us explore the child first by observing others and then by observing oneself personas of a hero are countless heroes and heroines mystical modern pop culture and our personal heroes have you ever said my hero to anyone you are my hero can you imagine at some point some part of you can say to another part of yourself there is a quite well known technique when you name five persons that you find inspiring and you write down the most essential quality of each why is this person so inspiring to you and then combined you read about yourself in these positive qualities it is a great boost for your healthy self esteem and this is how a persona of an inner hero can be developed hero is about agency so we are as much defined by what we do as by who we are at that phase of our cycle so the calling that you may have in life is essential for your inner hero the concept of an adventure and a concept of a mission are also two essential concepts for the hero and they are different adventure may happen to you and there are many adventures you may set out on an adventure and the goals may not be so noble and elevated it can be something for your personal gain but through that adventure you live the inner hero a mission is something that you are sent on or you take up for yourself it implies sort of a sacrifice but both can go hand in hand and one can transform into the other when during an adventure randomly you find a great mission during a mission you undergo many adventures and for this turn of the wheel you have certain mission but it can change throughout your lifetime typically when the wheel would turn and on the next round you find a slightly refined version of that mission the hero's archetype is also when we are called to refine ourselves to perfection as much as possible to work on ourselves perfection is not yet such a huge enemy as it would become during the hero's transition to creator as long as this is perfection in action not a perfection that calls you to eternally procrastinate and in developing ourselves we create personas for ourselves as we may be in different wheels in different aspects of our life we may need different personas different modes that we are trying to fill with the substance of our life to create a statue of a antique beautiful god or goddess attractive and able in so many ways in this way we create a persona in our professional resume we create a persona through journaling and writing down goals aspirations intentions mission statement anything that programs our life creates that persona of us but we can never fully predict and determine what kind of person we will become becoming is the process through passes one turn of the wheel that current hero will be replaced by another completely different slightly different but not different at all seemingly but still a little bit different always the wheel is turning and when we find ourselves at the peak the creator's archetype we can afford to broaden our focus we don't need to be so focused as we used to be heroes stage we can look around the myth of the creator from every culture will have similar attributes and we see the interdependencies start to contemplate mysteries of life not as intensely as we will once we are entering the wizard stage so what are the personas of the creator it is first of all of course creators of us our parents and so many things in our lives are defined by wanting to be like or nothing like our parents role models and anti models figures of authority this may be a teacher who would you choose as your teacher not everyone is blessed by talented teachers but almost every hero's journey has a character and a persona that advises the hero can it be read as a creator persona or shall it be read as a persona of a wizard the creator is also a king a queen when you say king when you say queen it is enough as of itself monarchs have captivated imagination of people both in most positive and most negative ways and influenced the course of history in both mystical king Arthur the great and graceful Queen Elizabeth II of England and of her many other lands of reign these have evolved through history and once great protectors kings tribe chiefs monarchs and the institutes that they brought and carried have fallen victim to shadows of their archetype collectively throughout history someone who was supposed to be loving and guiding holding space for free expression of the people and steering society from the position of great preparedness for power has turned into dictator and oppressor when did this shift happen was it ever positive the position of a leader in society this is a persona so deeply problematic and we collectively collectively are seeking new forms of leadership gentle leadership space holding a selfless art mastery that we can access only through the love for humanity love archetypes connected with love are typically young lovers on the wheel they match the hero face the archetype of love as its highest expression is the creator that turns love into matter idea into matter spirit into matter love so powerful that it can heal,
It can build up generating love procreating love and such a persona sometimes almost divine may also be found for us inside us but very hard to define as we would always have to look up to her or him and we can call that persona our highest self what about the wizard what about all the Gandalf's and Merlin's nameless witches from fairy tales wise old women and men they are with us guiding us since the first day of our childhood as they are closest to our inner child riddles mystery wisdom a little bit of mischief attributes of those elders whose intention you can never truly see through and whose motivation is unknown and that is also an expression of their freedom they are not easily caught they are not easily observed their ways are unpredictable and they come in touch with mystery and here in the mystery we place the priests and priestesses enlightened guides stories even of our greatest spiritual leaders culminate in crossing the border of life itself transcendence so many false teachings so many true teachings but the true truth the truest of truth can only be found in the very essential spot of light particle or a way or a melody of your soul something hidden deeply inside of you and circling around it on this wheel shifting personas shifting archetypes spiraling down or spiraling up you are always the same and through this cycle of life you experience what your soul came here to experience and you are expressed in so many ways and countless more potential ways that would never happen in this lifetime but we never know what other life is there beyond this one what we can feel inside is the light that is one and the same that is one and for all that is the hope and the faith and the love and the freedom of our soul part 7 where we explore how archetypes manifest in nature in human nature emotion art psychology and note that exploration of emotions is loosely inspired by the concept of the themes of consciousness brought forth by the yoga couple who I studied with for my yoga teachers studies in nature the wheel is turning on scales big and small light grows reaches its peak diminishes disappears and reemerges darkness its companion mirrors its movement in the opposite way it has a cycle of its own the opposite cycle both are balanced out life places its seed and for some time the seed needs to be nurtured this is observed in plants and animals and all forms of life through nurture grows young life the active phase of growth then slows down a creature becomes magnificent tall tree a deer with white horns a fall descent and decay inevitably follows until the last bits of matter are consumed back into the earth that will nourish the future life to come the very life the seed for which may have been planted by that creature at a point in time so we never actually end,
Not even on material plane and on the plane of consciousness and soul we never know what happens is it that component that is not the wave but the particle that is in its integrity throughout the journey in its presence just a dot of light or has it conscious life and cycle of its own and all moves in these phases phases of the moon new moon waxing full moon waning phase of the moon winter summer day the beginning is in the dark in the peak high noon nature is where the heat and the light nature can teach us and inspire us and as we study nature we study ourselves for we are nature but we are not only physical matter and physical nature we are expression of spirit every human a work of art created by themselves created developed lived a muse gives inspiration to an artist work,
Work,
Work creator is expressing to the fullest and to do wonders to be magical the artist sends the artwork out into the world on its own to take life the threshold of the unknown is crossed again art creates many archetypes and personas for us and so does thought itself psychology archetypes we work with all of those can be observed lived and studied tracked along the wheel and even every emotion every expression of our consciousness from the most negative to most positive ones will be felt differently at different stages of the wheel rejection destructive motion is manifesting as the shadow aspect of every archetype powerlessness hopelessness resignation not the liberation of letting go but resignation can pull us into the vortex of downward spiral from a child phase tempted by fear we give up and never do anything from hero we fall back into insecurity or get stuck in pride and create many troubles for ourselves and others stubbornly insisting of our way forward never noticing that we have long gone far off the road and that was entrusted to us creator giving up its creation abandoning it or them a wizard failing to let go ever prolonging that what calls for liberation through the turning of the cosmic wheel through death and rebirth the sadness that a wizard may feel is different from a sadness that a child may feel for the essence of this sadness lies with the wizard but every archetype can be sad and happy depression depressed state judging resenting yourself and the course of life in child it can be inexplicable sadness sadness from exhaustion not being prepared crying out of helplessness in hero it may be resentment of oneself judging oneself being depressed about your supposed lack of ability being depressed because you don't have what it takes to overcome the challenge and fulfill your mission just giving up and this is not the face to give up and in a creator sadness would manifest as bitter resentment judgment and even jealousy sometimes to its creation that would not listen that would not be as it is envisaged it is just not what it was supposed to be not following the plan the great plan that the creator thinks that they have and jealousy to youth that transitions to that very sadness of the wizard that looks back and feels sorry that the time passed maybe not all of that time was used well so this is the sadness of the wizard but still it is clearing up anxiety is already more dynamic closer to positive states though very annoying indeed and in a child it is that fear nameless fear the world is so big and scary threatening fear of dark the fear that we are born with that lives within our very tissue within the protective part of our brain the fear and anxiety that a hero may have is directed to self and to specific threats and obstacles it is the dynamic fear anxiety during dynamic accomplishment can I make it and the creator is anxious have I made it there is no more time now the energy is slowly going to stagnate and then diminish and I have seen that all before how will we cope will we have enough resources to survive the long winter to come the caring anxiety of a parent suffocating their little one with all the precautions that still can never guarantee safety anxiety and fear of a wizard before unbecoming basic omnipresent in humans fear of death as you see it is not the darkest that we have explored because the fear of death is still natural while rejection to life is not and then greed greed of a child wanting all the toys and never wanting to do the chores laziness as well greed of the hero wanting to profit from the enterprise greed of the creator insatiable greed hunger power and eternal youth and eternal domination to be in this place of power forever greed of the wizard temptation by pleasure,
Desire to enjoy the fruit of the work until it's all spent and no seeds are left for the new cycle not looking ahead for being able to comprehend to perceive that the wheel will indeed turn on preparations for it need to be done and anger rage child in a tantrum not receiving what it's little immature soul is calling for and not accepting any guidance anger anger of a hero who turns the energy into destructive to others and to self revenge for any trauma caused anger of the creator at others the aggressive expression of control repression violent power an anger of the wizard that cannot turn back time futile fruitless impotent anger anger to no avail anger to mask the sadness as there may be potency in anger a hero may turn it into a fuel for the enterprise and with mighty effort steer it clear of others ensuring no damage but here at the wizard's stage the anger just burns the wizard from the inside inadequate self-esteem not being able to see the truth in child it is inadequate estimation of when to get out of the comfort zone when you are ready or not in hero it is estimating yourself above or below the target and thus falling into its primary weaknesses of pride or insecurity in the creator inadequate self-esteem is having that crown on one's head and exercising that power not only being prideful about oneself but also trying to submit others to your will and in the wizard it is all the avoidance and spiritual bypassing all the false enlightenment but when honesty and courage step in a child can accept the learning being ready preparing not being afraid to waste time preparing not being afraid to learn and the hero can be a hero also with the courage in his right hand and shield of faith is left and courage of the creator is to start disconnecting from the fruit of the work it will develop into the courage of the wizard to actually take that greatest link of all expressiveness creativity of the child is in play it is the happy courage the happy expression happy cousin to courage not overcoming obstacles but just playing not fighting to survive but exhibiting one's quality just out of the joy of existence a child at play a hero smiling,
Exercising the joyful signs of knighthood creator that laughs with a warm voice contemplating loving a wizard that starts to see the humor of it all with the secret knowledge can enter the freedom and enjoy it and observe others who do not understand a wizard that is free and does not have to be conditioned the deconditioning is one fun journey being able to rest rest in the safety in the space cradle for a child and a hero remembering to take breaks to sharpen that axe to sit down and intake some fuel take a breath decompress and then go on creator resting back and everything is going as it should no intervention is needed and a wizard resting well resting in peace peace that would then unite all archetypes love forgiveness grace grace extended by a child to the great unknown grace extended through hope extended to the very existence grace extended by the hero to his enemies mercy grace creator's grace the grace that turns hearts towards the light generosity a wizard's grace of letting it be,
Letting it go,
Forgiving truly parting ways with those things that just do not belong without the need to anyhow fix them regulate them or destroy them connection connection a child that has not experienced unity with the dream before but feels the inner tiny voice tiny light,
Tiny hope for that connection a hero that is so deeply connected to the mission to the way to the way that the faith in the hero's heart is unshakable it is the expression of the great unity and connection to the life's mission and the creator the one who is accomplished is connected now to self and others as the mission has been fulfilled and place among people has been achieved and taken and can be enjoyed in the connection with the community a hero once ascended the mountain deserves a prize a place in the circle connection undoubted true and deep sincere and filled with love perhaps that is love itself hand in hand side by side a journey culminated with a meeting on a mountain top and finally being able to say to one another you are not alone when I turns to we we the creator together we can create new life in whatever form it may be and that love that connection to all is expressed in the ultimate freedom of the wizard being one with oneself and being one with all is essentially one and the same love love to self love to the world love to other it all blurs together connection being ultimately connected and ultimately free is also one and the same when you are tied to every single being on earth you are tied by no one and still one more little step towards peace that may not be achieved maybe in this lifetime or maybe the kingdom of heaven to which we enter as we are like children no heroes or kings all equal in that peaceful realm all are one in the face of this ultimate elevated energy ultimate divinity a hero is a child a creator is a child and a wizard is a child and a child is a child and all of them are all of them and all of them are one where this tail turns as the wizard let go and life the wizard saw it all for a split second before it was dark and quiet as the wizard let go even of that the wizard was no more there was just dark and there could not be quiet,
There were no sounds and nothing could oppose the quietness there was nothing only lack but there was something there was the dark laid its there was light it never left it was carried or it flew or it just stayed on its place and everything else it was carefully placed in a cradle and waters carried it the dark flowed and carried it and took shape of waters as the waters were separated from earth the child was carried on into the world and a star or something light flapped up into the sky it shone to be an unlived memory of the light and for the light
