Hello and welcome to this practice to help you come to a little more peace with time.
My name is Wana and it's an absolute pleasure to guide you.
To start,
Take a deep breath in with me,
Filling your lungs all the way to the top,
Hold it in and let it all go,
Landing here fully.
I encourage you to take a brief moment to check in with your body.
Ask it to soften and relax.
Bring a gentle smile to your face and soften the muscles in your forehead,
Your cheeks,
And your jaw.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Letting go of any tension in your neck and back.
Becoming aware of your breath here,
Consciously focusing on each inhale and each exhale.
You don't have to do anything or be anywhere.
You don't have to figure anything out.
You can just let go.
Everything will be waiting for you when you return,
So don't worry.
Give yourself permission to just fully be here.
Wonderful.
Today I invite you to set a daring intention.
Let go of time-lack consciousness.
Get rid of the idea that time is slipping away,
That you're running out of time,
Or that there's never enough hours in a day.
As it's said,
Time is an illusion,
And today will dare to release its tight grip on us.
I'd like you to bring your awareness to the very idea of time.
What stories do you tell yourself about it?
Is it not enough hours in the day?
Not enough time to get it all done?
Not enough energy to do it all?
In other words,
Not enough,
Not enough,
Not enough.
Okay,
Let's dare to challenge any limiting beliefs.
Time needn't control you.
You are in control of how you experience time through how you allocate your energy,
How much of yourself you are willing to put into it,
How much you are willing to experience it.
I encourage you,
If it's available to you,
To close your eyes for a few breaths,
And imagine you are a timeless being,
Free from the pressures of clocks and calendars.
Feel the weightlessness of time slipping away,
And instead of rushing through moments,
Allow yourself to simply be in each one.
Picture time as a friend,
Your friend,
Who is patient and kind,
Not rushing you forward or holding you back in the past,
This friend welcomes you to savor the present,
To witness each passing instant without stress,
Knowing there is no rush,
Just a gentle flow of experience that you can embrace at your own pace.
Time in this space becomes a companion,
Not a constraint.
There is nowhere to get to,
For this moment,
If embraced fully and open-heartedly,
Is just as good as any other,
If you let it be.
What does it feel like to let go of the idea of scarcity?
What would it feel like to fully trust that everything you need will unfold in perfect timing,
That you are exactly where you need to be at all times,
And that life is not an endless journey of running from point A to B to C to D,
You get the gist.
Ask yourself,
How would I live my life if I believed that I had all the time in the world?
Ask,
How would I live if I wasn't in a constant state of rush,
If no other moment was any better than the one I have right in front of me?
I dare you to believe this.
Time is on your side.
After all,
Time is simply an invitation to experience now more fully.
Believe it or not,
You have all the time you need in this moment.
Everything you require is already here,
In this breath,
In this feeling,
In this experience,
In this very point in time.
How could it be anywhere else but here?
The past is gone,
And the future is not even here yet,
So all your power is here.
And the more you resist the now,
Wishing you were somewhere else or that you had more of it,
The more you lose your power.
60 days from now is as elusive as 60 years from now,
And always will be.
It's exhausting to live in a world that does not exist,
But in your mind.
And also kind of a bit silly,
Since we happen to be graced with such a beautiful now.
Let's take a deep breath in together,
And as you do,
Silently or aloud,
Say to yourself,
I release the belief in time scarcity.
Feel it resonating through your body.
Feel your shoulders relax,
Your heart soften,
And your mind clear as the truth of these words reverberate within you.
I release the belief in time scarcity.
On your next breath,
In and out,
Affirm to yourself,
I trust that everything is unfolding in perfect time.
Again,
With conviction,
I trust that everything is unfolding in perfect time.
And with each breath,
Release more of that tight,
Anxious feeling about time.
Let it go.
It doesn't serve you.
It only keeps you from fully enjoying what is already here.
It is called the present for a reason.
It's a gift.
The world may tell you that you need to hustle,
That you're falling behind,
That there's not enough time to do everything.
But today,
Right now,
I dare you to embrace the expansiveness and depth of this moment.
You don't need to rush.
You don't need to measure your worth in minutes or productivity.
Time is not your enemy.
It's your ally.
For when you slow down and experience it fully,
Time expands.
I invite you to repeat a mantra with me.
It goes like this,
There is more than enough time,
And I am more than enough in this moment.
Say it to yourself,
Slowly and with intention.
There is more than enough time,
And I am more than enough in this moment.
Feel that power,
That freedom flow through you.
Allow this mantra to replace any thoughts of urgency or lack.
You are timeless,
You are present,
And you are whole.
I dare you to carry this mantra with you today.
Every time you feel rushed,
Every time you feel the weight of the world's time pressure on your shoulders,
I want you to remind yourself,
There is more than enough time,
And I am more than enough in this moment.
You've just taken back your power.
Now it's up to you to choose how you experience time.
Will you allow it to be your companion,
Your guide,
Or your enemy?
The choice is yours,
And you can make that choice in every moment.
Set a reminder for yourself,
A little trigger that brings you back to what's important.
Maybe it's every time you feel rushed,
Such as scrambling to respond to an email,
To get to that meeting or appointment.
Let your hurriedness serve as a reminder,
Your invitation in fact,
To take a deep breath and reconnect with the truth that there is enough time.
There is more than enough time,
And I am more than enough in this moment.
I dare you to repeat this mantra at least 50 times today.
Heck,
If you're feeling bold,
Go for 100.
Accept this challenge by affirming in your comment,
There is more than enough time,
And I am more than enough in this moment.
Thank you so much for joining me today.
I'm so glad you chose to be here,
In this precious moment,
With me.
It's really all we have.
I look forward to guiding you again as soon as tomorrow.
May you embrace the luxury of time today,
And may you experience a peaceful,
Present,
And powerful day.
Blessings to you.
