Welcome,

I'm Pandora.

Thank you for stopping by to do this guided meditation with me.

This guided meditation is for living in the light.

When you're ready,

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Somewhere you can relax and spend some time with yourself,

Nourishing your body and your mind,

Unhindered by your surroundings.

You can sit with your legs crossed or on a cushion or a chair.

You can lie down if it's more comfortable.

Place your hands wherever they fall most naturally for you.

Now softly allow your eyes to close.

Start relaxing your muscles one by one.

Your legs,

Your arms,

The muscles in your face,

Your forehead,

Between the eyebrows,

Your nose,

Your cheeks.

Now let's begin.

Deepen your breath.

Softly inhale through your nose,

Steadily filling your lungs with air,

And exhale through your mouth.

Let it all go.

Notice how your body is moving with each new breath.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in once again,

Your belly rising up,

And breathe out,

Releasing any tension or stress,

Any fatigue.

Replace any negative energy with positivity,

Joy,

Serenity,

And peace.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

As you return to the natural,

Steady rhythm of your breathing,

Constant and reliable,

Allow yourself to sink just a little deeper into the surface beneath you.

Heavy.

Feel yourself grounded to the earth.

Breathing in,

You know that you're breathing in.

Breathing out,

You know that you're breathing out.

You can say in and out as you allow your breath to silently guide you.

In,

Out.

In,

Out.

Stay with your breath for a few more moments.

You're fully aware and present.

Pay attention right now.

You're stopping and slowing down to be in this present moment,

Completely relaxed and without any judgment.

Simply turning up as you are.

You're training your body and your mind to be here,

To be relaxed,

To stop,

And to simply come back to the wonders of the present moment.

In,

Out.

If an unexpected feeling arises,

Welcome it.

You can even greet it with hello.

And after you've acknowledged the feeling,

Say goodbye right away.

Release it,

And then bring your mind back to your breath.

Now,

Begin to imagine a light just above your head.

A radiant,

Glowing ball of light,

Energy,

That is at the open crown of your head,

Your crown chakra,

And it extends through the universe.

Can you see it?

It's really glowing.

Imagine that this light is relaxing,

Soothing,

And healing the top of your head and the upper reaches of your mind.

Imagine the whole area opening up,

Releasing and relaxing.

Imagine that it opens up to the whole universe.

Breathe deeply into this area.

Feel each breath as it opens,

Cleanses,

Releases you,

Allowing the energy to circulate freely.

See the light.

Now,

Feel the light moving down into the center of your brain.

With your eyes closed,

Look at that bright light between your eyebrows,

In your third eye.

Can you see it?

Imagine a radiant,

Glowing ball of light,

Energy,

Fills your entire head.

It radiates out.

Imagine this light relaxing,

Soothing,

And healing the entire area.

Breathe deeply again for a moment,

In your head.

Now,

Feel the light move down again and centers in your throat,

Your throat chakra.

Imagine this radiant,

Glowing ball of energy radiating outward.

Imagine that this light is relaxing,

Soothing,

And healing the entire area of your throat.

Any blocked energy is being released.

Any words or emotions that you haven't expressed are being released and you're relieved.

Breathe deeply into this area.

Breathe in and out.

Feel the breaths opening,

Cleansing,

Releasing,

And allowing the energy to circulate freely.

Now,

Start to feel the light move down again,

Slowly,

Inch by inch,

Moving down until it centers upon your heart,

The center of your chest,

Your heart chakra.

Imagine that this radiant,

Glowing ball of warm energy radiates from your heart,

That this light is relaxing and healing the entire area of your heart,

Lungs,

Chest,

And across your back.

Breathe deeply into this area again.

Let it fill you with gratitude for this opportunity to live in this wonderful world and to live in this moment.

Feel your heart swell with compassion and forgiveness for yourself and for others.

These breaths are opening your lungs and heart,

Cleansing,

Releasing,

Allowing the energy to circulate freely throughout your entire body.

Just breathe here for a moment with that energy.

In and out.

Now,

Feel the light moving down again.

It moves down and it enters your solar plexus and your stomach area.

Imagine the light is glowing.

It's a radiant ball of energy glowing outward from your solar plexus and your stomach.

Imagine this light relaxing and soothing the entire area,

Healing all of you,

Your internal organs.

Feel the breaths opening,

Cleansing,

And releasing,

Allowing the energy to circulate freely.

Now,

Feel the light moving down again and entering at the very base of your spine,

Your root chakra,

Then expanding down your legs and through your feet into the earth.

Can you feel it?

The energy is strong.

It's glowing.

It's radiant energy moving through the whole area.

Imagine that this light is relaxing,

Soothing,

Healing.

Breathe deeply.

In and out.

Feel these breaths opening,

Cleansing,

Releasing,

And allowing the energy to circulate freely.

Now,

Feel this radiant light flowing through all of your energy centers,

All of your chakras.

Feel your whole body glowing.

Feel your whole body glowing like a radiant star shining out this wonderful light,

Your shining light,

Your personal brilliance.

It is all of love in your heart.

It's the sum of all of your possibilities and your possibilities are truly endless.

Remember,

Shine your light wherever you go.

Sharing your light makes others happy,

And it makes you happy as well.

It's a wonderful feeling to share your light,

And by doing so,

You become a good example to them.

Feel the soothing power of the light that bathes your whole body.

Your awareness of the light can change any of your centers that have become depleted or blocked.

You are now recharging all of your energy centers.

Do you feel any tension in the area?

Send light to these areas and breathe.

Repeat the following affirmations.

I am releasing.

I am relaxing.

I am letting go of all tensions,

All obstacles.

Now focus the light anywhere you feel tension.

Breathe into it for as long as you wish.

Bring back all of the good feelings you have right now with you as you slowly stretch your body to awaken.

Stretch your toes,

Your fingers.

Slowly allow yourself to come back in touch with your body.

There's no need to rush.

Just remember to bring that light back with you.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and thank your body and your mind for taking the time to be here today.
