Good morning,

Nurture your soul,

Refresh your mind and empower your body for the day ahead.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep,

Soothing breath in through your nose and slowly release it through your mouth.

Let the rhythm of your breath guide you to a place of calm and ease.

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Anchoring you deep into the nurturing embrace of the earth.

These roots carry away the heaviness of stress,

Fatigue and any lingering worries.

With each exhale,

Let go of what no longer serves you.

With every inhale,

Draw in the earth's steady,

Grounding energy.

Feel this energy rising,

Flowing upward into your legs,

Your torso and your heart.

It's warm and golden,

A gentle reminder that you are supported,

Connected to something greater than yourself.

Picture yourself standing at the edge of a tranquil forest,

The morning sun filtered through the trees,

Casting soft beams of light that gently illuminate your surroundings.

With each breath,

You step forward,

Feeling the cool,

Dewy grass underfoot.

As you walk,

Imagine that the sunlight dissolves any tension in your body.

Stress melts away like morning mist.

When you reach a clearing,

There is a crystal clear stream waiting for you.

Kneel down beside it.

With your hands,

Scoop the refreshing water and let it wash over your face.

Feel it cleansing not just your skin,

But your mind and spirit,

Leaving you renewed and energized.

Let any remaining negativity flow downstream,

Carried away by the current.

Now focus on your heart center,

The space in the middle of your chest.
