Good morning. Yes, I have. I have shown up for myself. And the sun came up this morning. Breathe in that reality. And let gratitude call in my breath. I feel it drop down into my stomach. Feel it rise up to fill my lungs and bring with it the gift of life. And I release that breath and return it to the universe with love. Thank you for that. Thank you. Gratitude calls in my next breath. A deep, Rich, Life-giving breath. And then I release that breath with love and allow any judgments about myself or others to exit on the back of that breath. My username today is one. My password is love. Ah, Yes, Let out a sigh. Let out a yelp. I'm letting the world know. I have arrived this morning. Hmm. I'm so grateful to be alive today. The sun is up and I'm breathing. What more could I ask for? And so I breathe and I center my awareness on that breath and the serenity that follows. I will remember today that this serenity is available whenever I bring my awareness to my breath. My username today is one. My password is love. On this next breath, I let my attention come to rest in my heart space and connect with the center of my emotional self, The part that feels vulnerable sometimes. What am I feeling right now? Is there any upset present? Is there fear? About what might happen today? I pause and listen. My intention is to learn. Remembering that self-care comes first. I picture myself making self-honoring choices today. My username today is one. I picture myself dealing with any and all situations from a place of peace. If I find myself wanting to blame, Punish, Attack, Or condemn, I will remember my password. My password is love. Thank you. Thank you for this day. Thank you for this moment of remembering.
