If you want to understand yourself better,
Maybe look at what you judge,
What seems bad to you,
You know,
And what do you hate.
So one person might,
You know,
Walk past a panhandler and feel judgment to that person for not having a job or being dressed in dirty clothes.
And another person might walk past a very well-dressed man or woman who's getting into a really expensive car,
And they might have an equally strong judgment about that.
You know,
All judgments come from fear underneath.
They come from our egos,
And our egos are built on fear and sorrow.
It's just knowing that,
I mean,
Just letting that in,
That all judgments are based on fear,
And beyond that,
They're based on,
There's a sorrow in them.
There's a sorrow in them that we might feel when our judgments come back to us.
So,
You know,
Supposing we spent many years judging a panhandler,
Panhandlers,
And then one time,
Catastrophe strikes,
And we're homeless and impoverished,
And maybe even sitting on a street,
And to all our judgments then,
You know,
We might look at our former judgments and go,
We might feel the sorrow in them,
Just the sorrow.
You know,
As our judgments come back to us,
We feel the sorrow.
But the same with if we become really wealthy,
We might find ourself the well-dressed person getting into an expensive car,
And remember how we used to feel.
And if we're moving into truth at all,
We will feel the sorrow of having had those judgments,
Of really judging anything.
Now,
Sure,
You know,
There's a certain amount of discernment's necessary.
You know,
It's like if,
You know,
If people are,
The human race,
We can't survive if it's okay to rob and steal,
You know,
Rob,
Steal,
And murder,
Like we can't survive.
So there's a discernment there with those kind of actions.
But most of us have judgments,
Very nuanced judgments.
I mean,
Even to the shoes somebody wears,
I mean,
How many of us haven't noticed somebody looking us up from head to toe and back again,
Who's,
We can tell they're judging our clothes or judging our look.
You know,
Our judgments just keep us separate.
And they keep the fiction that we're alone in this world.
And the truth of it,
As all the spiritual masters say,
Is everything is one.
And the root of all of this is formless love.
Scientists say everything's made out of energy,
And that energy,
We haven't quite,
The penny is a drop,
That it's unconditional love.
Our bodies and this whole world has been dreamed up by a formless creator or a formless soul.
Yeah,
So even if you put matter under a microscope,
You will see that the matter,
That the,
You know,
If you turn up the measurement,
The matter will become more and more formless until all you see is the space between the molecules.
That's because everything's formless at root.
We're all love-based.
So that's why judgment is,
You know,
Judgment comes when we're walled off from the love that we are,
And hatreds come when we're walled off,
Because everything is one.
We're the panhandler on the street.
We're the affluent couple getting into a car.
We're everything in the substratum.
But in our particular individual consciousness,
You know,
We're an individual.
That's why it's important,
You know,
To just keep remembering to open your mind,
You know,
Not in a foolish way.
Like,
You know,
As I was saying,
You know,
Violence and stuff,
The human race won't survive if it becomes the norm permanently.
So some things have to be encouraged and other behaviors discouraged,
But we judge so many things,
Like the color of the skin,
The color of the hair,
Just how somebody walks,
Whether they're pretty or not,
And we're all part of the creator.
You know,
We forget that.
Right.
So,
You know,
In our heads,
If our judgment gets too heavy,
Our heads get like boarded up rooms or boarded up houses where the doors are boarded up and the windows are boarded up.
So even in your imagination,
Just imagine opening the windows and the doors of your imagination,
Just imagine opening the windows and the doors of your mind.
And this will,
That will give you more permission to be yourself.
You'll become less judgmental of others.
And as a byproduct,
You'll become less judgmental of yourself,
Which will give you a chance to blossom,
To sprout and blossom.
Because,
You know,
Think of a seed.
If the seed feels too bad about itself,
That it's a miserable sinner,
How can it sprout?
Really,
I was working with somebody the other day,
And I could tell that they felt they were like a bad seed.
And this person is truly a beneficent,
Loving person,
But she wasn't letting herself sprout into this higher awareness because she judged herself so heavily and as a byproduct judged others so heavily.
Yeah,
Yeah,
You just,
You know,
Just see if you can just give yourself a little more room to be yourself,
A little more acceptance,
A little more self-acceptance,
A little more permission,
Because I'll tell you,
You will give it to others.
If you're giving it to yourself,
You will give it to others,
And your life will go softer.
And then others realize that they can feel okay about themselves.
Rather than,
You know,
Feeling like miserable sinners,
You guys,
That is the biggest obstacle when I'm working with people,
This old religiosity of.
.
.
Well,
We're growing beyond it,
Hopefully.
Okay,
Bless your hearts.
All my love to you.
And remember,
There's so many more powerful,
Loving energies who are available to you.
You just have to call.
Just call.
Yeah,
Yeah,
Okay.
Bless your dear hearts.
