Heather is an artist, poet, physician and mom of two teens who has had a personal daily meditation practice for over a decade. In 2019, she became a certified mindfulness meditation teacher after completing a two-year rigorous training program with her teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Her guided meditations are informed by her deep connection to nature, beauty and the sacred with the intention of reconnecting others to their innate natural wisdom.
