Namaste.
Our intention for our meditation is to ground our energy.
Begin by standing up tall,
Anchoring your feet to the earth.
Resting your arms beside you with your palms facing forward.
Relaxing the shoulders back.
Finding an openness across your chest,
Across your heart.
Noticing how you are feeling in this exact moment.
Begin to observe your breath.
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
Draw your awareness down to the soles of your feet.
Imagining your breath starting from the earth,
Coming all the way up your body.
Energizing you,
Lifting you,
Expanding to the very top of your head.
As you let the breath go,
Releasing softly,
Grounding your energy down the physical body through to the earth.
Inhale to feel your energy rising up.
Exhale to soften the energy down.
Placing your hands together,
Resting at your heart space.
Repeating after me,
With each breath in I cleanse my body.
With each breath out I cleanse my mind.
Taking one final breath together.
