Namaste and welcome.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Inviting your body to relax long,
Arms resting beside you.
And as you close your eyes,
Just allowing your body to take up as much space.
Inviting your body to rest heavy,
To relax.
And checking inward,
Asking yourself how you are feeling in this moment.
Just observing,
Accepting,
Without trying to change.
And with your eyes closed,
Allowing the space behind your eyes to relax.
Noticing the point of contact with your head in the earth below you.
Releasing any tension across your forehead.
Softening along your temples,
Opening your mouth wide.
Wiggling your jaw from side to side.
And just feeling your body Wiggling your jaw from side to side.
Breathing softness,
Spaciousness into your neck.
Releasing the shoulders down as your arms rest heavy.
With your arms resting beside you,
Just inviting the palms to face up to the sky.
Your fingertips just naturally curl inward.
Noticing the subtle rise and fall across your chest and your belly.
With each breath in,
Expanding this area,
Expanding your body.
With each breath out,
Allowing your body to soften,
To rest heavy,
To let go.
And with each breath out,
Allowing your body to soften,
To let go.
Inviting an openness in and around your heart space across your rib cage and chest.
Relaxing your belly,
Releasing through your lower back and your hips.
Surrendering the weight of your legs.
Bringing softness to the joints of your knees.
Noticing the point of contact of your heels down to the earth.
On your next breath out,
Completely letting go,
Physically and emotionally.
Perhaps silently or out loud,
Repeating after me.
As I release pain,
I accept peace.
As I release negativity,
I accept happiness.
As I release blame,
I accept truth.
As I release envy,
I accept joy.
Taking a deep breath in,
Bringing this positive energy into your body,
Expanding in all directions,
Letting it go,
Breathing out the air,
Releasing physically,
Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.
No longer serves you.
Once again,
Repeating after me or silently in your mind.
I let go of the past and open myself up to freedom.
I let go of anger and open myself up to fun.
I let go of self-doubt and open myself to trust.
I release guilt and accept respect.
Taking another full body exaggerated breath in,
Holding at the top of the breath,
Let it go out the mouth.
Doing this once more together,
A nice full body breath in all the way up,
Completely letting the breath go.
Last time,
Repeating after me.
I release all judgment and accept myself.
I surrender all fears and I replace this with love.
Keeping your eyes closed and just placing one hand softly resting on the heart and the other hand gently resting on top.
Feeling connected to your heart space,
Connected to all the positive affirmations you've brought into your body,
Into your being,
Creating this new reality,
Releasing all that no longer serves you.
Taking one more breath together,
Deep breath in through the nose,
Holding at the top of the breath,
Letting it go through the mouth.
From my heart to yours,
Namaste.
