Discovering Yoga at the age of 19, I instantly fell in love with the practice. I always dreamt of becoming a yoga teacher but it wasn’t until 2014 when my Mom suddenly passed away I became inspired to follow my dreams. It led me to Baja Mexico where I completed my 200-hour training. I have been teaching regularly ever since, and loving every minute. I believe yoga is a lifelong journey and I continue to study to deepen my own practice. In August 2018 I spent time in Rishikesh India, where I completed another teacher training.
