So taking a deep breath into your belly and as you breathe out just allowing yourself to arrive,
Arriving into this moment,
Inviting all of yourself into the here and the now as we take this time to be held in the embrace of the earth.
You might like to sit on the earth outside,
You might even like to lie down on your back or even on your belly and just allow yourself to be held.
So as you get comfortable maybe inviting a little wiggle to drop down into your bones,
Allowing the muscles to let go and let's take a breath in for the count of four.
Here we go in two,

We'll hold for two and we'll breathe out for six,

Two,

Again in for four,

Four,
Hold,
Hold,
Out,

And just let your breath return to normal.
And let's drop down into our hearts,
You might even like to place a hand onto your heart,
Maybe even also your belly as we start to connect down into the earth.
You might visualize roots or lines of energy growing from your feet,
From your tailbone,
From your body down into the earth.
Sending the energy down through the soil,
The crystal grids,
Right down deep into the heart of the earth,
Into the center of Gaia.
And as you ground down,
You can start to send anything that you've been holding into the earth,
Dropping it to the earth,
Letting Gaia hold it for you.
Any thoughts,
Responsibilities,
Tension,
Worries,
Just hand them over like you're putting the suitcase down,
Feel the weight drop off your body.
And you might like to do a big sigh or make a sound,
Feel free to do whatever feels right here as you ground down.
And as you let go,
You start to create space to receive,
Space to be held.
And you start to notice a beautiful,
Warm,
Golden energy start to come around your body,
Around your being,
Like soft silken threads of light wrapping around you,
Holding you.
You might see that as light or you might see that as some sort of image like butterfly wings or a beautiful blanket made out of leaves,
Clouds wrapping you up.
And just allow the earth in whatever form that comes through to wrap around you and hold you.
We do so much holding in the world,
This is your time to be held.
And with each inhale,
Receive from the earth,
Receive the love,
The nourishment.
And with each exhale,
You can continue with the letting go.
And as you let go,
Feel the beauty of nature holding you.
The beauty,
The beauty,
Releasing all tension and sinking into peace.
Trusting the earth to hold you and the light to replenish you.
Knowing that you are worthy of rest,
Renewal and gentleness.
How much can you soften into this rest,
This renewal and gentleness?
How much can you receive right now,
Allowing this light,
This love to come into your body,
Into your cells,
Into your DNA?
Filling you up with love,
With light and nourishment.
And perhaps in this space,
There is a gift for you to receive,
Like the earth wants to gift you an insight or a message.
So receiving now this gift,
And it might literally be a gift that you see,
A present,
A box that you open.
Or it might be a colour that represents something to you.
Or a word that's coming through into your awareness.
And just making a note of this and really receiving it into your mind,
Into your heart,
Into your body.
And taking a big breath in,
And a nice slow breath out.
And start to return back into your awareness.
And the space where you are,
Into your body,
Letting this cocoon of love just sort of softly mould into you.
It doesn't have to go anywhere,
It can stay with you for the rest of your day or the rest of your evening.
And start to maybe gently move your fingers and toes,
And take a big stretch.
And you might like to imagine those roots coming back up into you,
Or it might feel better to leave them grounded,
And just trust your intuition.
Knowing that you've received what you need in this moment.
Knowing that you are held,
You are loved,
You are safe.
