Welcome.

In this series of meditations we're exploring the elements earth,

Fire,

Air and water.

And today in this meditation we're working with the water element.

So let's begin.

Taking a big breath in and as you breathe out finding a focal point for your eyes.

And again breathing in finding that focal point and breathing out.

And one more big breath in holding the focus with the eyes and this time as you breathe out maintaining the focus but closing down your eyes.

So you're still very focused but the eyes now close when you start to bring your awareness inwards.

Inviting all parts of you into the present moment.

Making yourself comfortable and now inviting your imagination to take you into the natural landscape.

Where do you want to go today?

Imagining yourself somewhere beautiful,

Nourishing and safe in the natural environment somewhere.

You might find yourself on a beach,

On a mountaintop or nestled in the bush.

So wherever you are make sure you're comfy,

Make sure you feel safe.

You can always invite in one of your guides,

One of your spiritual support team to be present with you through this so you can really relax into this journey,

Into this natural environment.

And so wherever you are we're inviting the water element to come in.

So perhaps if you're at the beach you decide to walk into the water,

Even just put a toe in the water.

If you're in the bush maybe a river appears or a lake.

So you can either be looking at the water or if you feel the call you can go and enter the water.

Whichever feels right for you the idea here is that we start to receive the water energy into and through our bodies.

Whether that's entering through the eyes as you watch the water moving and flowing or whether if you're in the water you can feel that flow and feel the buoyancy of the water around you.

So ideally we're feeling it,

We're seeing it,

We're smelling the water,

Tasting it even,

Feeling it within us.

We are made of water to such a high degree,

Feeling your inner water,

Feeling the water around you.

And if you can,

If it feels right,

Allow yourself to now start to float on the water in a way that feels safe for you.

Maybe you're on a soft lilo or maybe you're just able to naturally float and letting the currents of the water carry away any emotions that are being held in your being that you no longer need.

Letting the currents of the water wash away any thoughts that you no longer need.

And letting the currents of water wash away any tension or pain in your body that you no longer need.

Feeling the flow as you release and clean and clear out anything that you no longer need on all levels of your being.

So you could imagine that the water is washing through you,

It's cleansing your energy field,

It's cleansing your physical body as you allow yourself to flow with the currents of life with ease.

How does it feel to go with the flow,

To ebb and to flow?

How does it feel to be washed clean by the water?

Are there any memories that are held in this water that's washing you clean now,

That are helpful for you to integrate?

Are there any knowings,

Any wisdom that the tides are calling into your heart's awareness?

Allowing the wisdom of the water to wash into your awareness now,

However that appears.

It might be a thought,

A color,

An image.

What is the water showing you today?

And as you allow this cleansing and this flow to activate within you,

Just bring your awareness down to your low belly,

Your sacral chakra.

If you're female into your womb space,

Into this divine feminine flow that we hold in our sacral area of our body.

How do your inner waters feel?

Do they need to flow a little bit more?

Is there some tension or holding happening here that could maybe soften and start to ride these currents a little more?

And then maybe you might like to dive into the water and fully immerse yourself in and through the water,

Enjoying the play that the water invites.

If you think of children in the bath just needing to splash and play,

Frolic.

This is your moment to frolic in the waters,

To play,

To swim,

To flow.

You might physically want to move your body and please follow that urge.

Let yourself move,

Let yourself make sound.

This is your time to be with the water.

And whenever you're ready,

Feel free to pause here if you want to play for longer.

But whenever you're ready,

Start to let that all settle and coming back into your wholeness,

Back into all of your elements.

Maybe wiggling your toes and taking a big stretch and starting to become more aware of your physical environment where you actually are in space.

And then whenever you're ready,

Opening your eyes and flowing through the rest of your day.
