Pink Noise for a deeper sleep. Pink noise is white noise, but with reduced higher frequencies. Studies have found that listening to pink noise may speed up the transition to deep sleep, and even enhance the quality of sleep. In the first 25 minutes, you can relax to piano music and then slowly drift off as the noise continues. I recommend a low volume for sleep. The original piano track is called "Inspired by Nature Piano Music." I would really appreciate feedback to know how this works for you! Do you wish for some changes in the track? More or less piano, for example? A longer or shorter track? Is the noise-level good compared to the piano? I will read and respond to all comments!
