Travel from your country to the city of Lima on March 20th, 2026, for arrival on the morning of the 21st, no later than 7:00 am (Red-eye flight), or a couple of days earlier, and enjoy the city of Miraflores(not included).  Most International flights offer red-eye options. As you arrive in Lima, it will take you no more than 1 hour to clear customs/baggage claim. Your connecting flight to Cusco should be no later than 10:00 am. Latam or Sky are good airlines with several options in the morning hours, leaving for Cusco.

Upon your arrival, we will pick you up at the Cusco Airport (CUZ). Our Van will leave between 11 AM and noon. We will stop for lunch on the way and exchange money at the bank.

Afternoon visit to Sacsayhuaman and guided meditation at the sacred site. Explore the majestic big stone masonry of this Inca Fortress, an extraordinary location where the Inca celebrated the solstices, equinoxes, and special ceremonies like the Inti Raymi. We will set intentions for our week retreat and ground ourselves, our 1st chakra, to build the foundation for our spiritual expansion. Guided meditation to help us connect to Mother Earth, Pachamama.

Right after that, we will depart for the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a beautiful ride through the wheat and barley fields, making stops at unique, breathtaking views of the plateaus and sacred mountains for pictures and viewing. Transfer to our Retreat Center in the Sacred Valley. Dinner and stay at Casitas Arco Iris Hotel.

NOTE: To help adapt to the altitude, we recommend drinking up to 4 cups of coca leaf tea and muña during the night.

Breakfast at our Resort. Early contemplation of the grounds and surrounding mountains. Light Yoga Sound Healing and Breathwork Ceremony at the Cupula Sound Chamber and Integration, followed by an explanation of Andean Cosmology and Peruvian Shamanism.

Lunch: We will either have lunch at Casitas Retreat Center or bring a lunch bag prepared at the Center with us so we can do our afternoon activities.

As we leave the Center, we will travel through Chinchero, where we will experience mesmerizing views of snow-capped mountains, the revered Sacred Apus of the Incas. After Chinchero, we will head to Moray to experience one of the Inca marvels. Moray concentric circles served as a sophisticated way to domesticate the rainforest plants to make them suitable for the Andean dry weather. By creating microclimates at different height levels, they were able to acclimate the plants to the Andes.

Then, after, we will continue to Maras for a short visit to the Inca salt beds. Dinner and stay at Casitas Arco Iris Retreat Center.

Today we work with continuing opening of the nadis as we move to the third chakra. We will work with Sun Energy to activate the house power. During the morning we will do breath exercises, sound healing, and integration.

We will have lunch on the way to Pisac so that we can take advantage of the day.

During the afternoon travelers will visit the sacred site of Pisac, making a stop at the Temple of the Sun for a Sun/Solar Plexus Activation. Pisac is perhaps best known for its Inca ruins, known as Inca Písac, which lie atop a hill at the entrance to the valley. The Sacred Site is separated along the ridge into four groups: P'isaqa, Inti Watana, Qalla Q'asa, and Kinchiraqay. Inti Watana group includes the Temple of the Sun, baths, altars, water fountains, a ceremonial platform, and an Inti Watana, a volcanic outcrop carved into a "hitching post for the Sun", Inti.

Late afternoon we will visit Pisac's famous and colorful Art Craft Market and the Shaman's Store to purchase some healing and energy tools from the Andes.

Transfer to our Resort in the Sacred Valley. Dinner and stay at Casitas Arco Iris.

Breakfast at our Resort. Followed by a meditation at the Cupula Sound Chamber. This day's work is very important as we will be working with Opening the Heart. Today Shaman Pierre Garreaud will guide us in the learning of a very special process called Sacred Kuya Forgiveness Circle, a tribal healing modality he downloaded after his Kundalini Heart activation happened with his mentors the Twin Shamans.

Early departure to Apu Veronica. Today there will be a special ceremony with a Q'ero Shaman.

Apu Veronica is a powerful Sacred Site, very private so it allows us to do great work and go deep. The views are spectacular, so be sure to take some photos.

Lunch at the mountain, we bring a lunch bag prepared at the resort.

The Q'ero Shaman will come with us to the resort and will offer healing sessions to the group. This service is optional and it is not included on your ticket. The cost of the service is between $80 to $100 USD depending on the time and amount of work spent on the person. Sessions are incredibly powerful.

Morning Ceremony to open our voice at the Cupula Sound Chamber.

We will go toa local waterfall for a Cleansing Ceremony and letting go of any unwanted energies, we set intentions to purify our body, mind, and soul. During this day we prepare our Light Body for our next day's visit to Machu Picchu, the City of Light.

We will have our lunch bag meal at the site, and after that a ceremony. Activation of the rainforest jaguar ceremony and water cleansing ceremony. This is a very powerful day for inner transformation, as the energies of water support and welcome the inner growth of the previously planted seeds by the shamans during the week.

After returning to Casitas from the waterfalls, we recommend packing lightly for our next day to Machu Picchu. Please bring a backpack or carry-on with snacks, water, mosquito and sunscreen. We will leave our bags at Casitas Resort as our visit to Machu Picchu is a day excursion.

Very Early departure for Machu Picchu. We take the 2-hour train ride to Ollantaytambo plus a 20 min. bus ride to Machu Picchu. During the first 6 days, we built our energy and opened our chakras to prepare for this special day in Machu Picchu This is a day of full connection.

Guided tour of Machu Picchu. 
We perform a gratitude Ceremony activating the portals of the City of Light.  We work on love for self and opening the Heart. -Open of the Heart exercises. Surrendering to joy.

We will be visiting Machu Picchu’s Circuit 2.
The more adventurous travelers can climb the Wayna Picchu mountain, which is optional. Please let me know if you want to visit Wayna Picchu Mountain as it is a different ticket.

Travelers who don't go to Wayna Pichu can Meditate on the lower terraces after we finish Circuit 2 right before the exit gate.
Departure from Machu Picchu to take the bus down to the village is between 3 PM and 4:00 PM. At the village, we will have a quick snack and then head to the train station.

Late afternoon departure to the train station for our return to Ollantaytambo and transfer to Casitas Arco Iris Retreat Center in the Sacred Valley.

Meditation and Integration Ceremony

10 am Transfer to the airport in Cuzco, which is 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Please schedule your flight around 1 PM.

The Retreat ends as you exit the Casitas Arco Iris Center. Some people might want to extend their travels in Cusco on their own. Regardless, our commitment is to bring everyone to the airport. If you decide to stay longer, please keep us informed.

Arrival at Lima's airport approximately by 3 pm.

Reasonable time for returning to your country: after 6 pm, most flights leave after 10 pm.

Caution:

Some flights leave early morning, like 12:05 AM on March 29, 2026. You will go to the airport on the 28th at night to fly past midnight. These flights are midnight flights. Please don't get confused, we will be in Cuzco if you booked a flight leaving on March 28 at 12:05 am for your country.
