Due to the remote location of Hoonah, Alaska, food options are more limited than in larger cities. Meals during the retreat will be simple, nourishing, and designed to support overall well-being. Vegetarian and pescatarian options can be accommodated with advance notice. While we aim to provide balanced and satisfying meals, guests are welcome to bring any personal snacks or specialty items they may prefer. This approach allows participants to experience both shared meals in a relaxed setting and the local offerings of the community.

Schedule

This five-day immersive retreat in Hoonah, Alaska is designed around the four elements — Earth, Fire, Water, and Air — guiding guests through a journey of grounding, transformation, emotional renewal, and clarity. The experience begins with arrival at a secluded lodge, opening ceremonies, restorative yoga nidra, sound healing, and whale watching to establish connection and stability. Throughout the retreat, guests will explore Alaska’s natural beauty through boat excursions, forest hikes, fjord exploration, meditation, and cultural experiences including Native dance performances and totem carving demonstrations. Daily practices include sound baths, cacao and fire ceremonies, astrology rituals, reflective journaling, Reiki sessions, and optional adventures such as zip lining and polar plunges. The retreat concludes with a closing elemental sound bath, yoga nidra, and integration circle, offering guests space to reflect on their experience before departure.
