The ambiance is quiet, grounding, and intentionally intimate, allowing space to step away from daily demands and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. Throughout the retreat, you will be guided through sound healing, meditation, and reflective practices inspired by the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. These modalities are designed to help you release stress, gain insight, and return to a more balanced and centered state. This retreat is intentionally limited to a small group to create a supportive and connected environment. It is ideal for those navigating life transitions, burnout, or simply seeking a deeper sense of alignment and renewal. What makes this experience unique is the combination of Alaska’s raw, untouched landscape with structured yet spacious wellness practices. The result is a retreat that feels both restorative and expansive, offering not just relaxation, but a lasting shift in how you feel and move through your life.

Step into Alaska life while taking time to meditate, journal, recharge, eat healthfully, and sleep restfully. Wake to crisp air and the hush of spruce and eagle cries. Begin with gentle guided meditation on a sunlit deck as eagles soar overhead. Move through slow, restorative yoga that meets your body where it is, then settle into quiet journaling with a steaming mug of herbal tea and views that invite honest reflection. Savor thoughtfully prepared, nourishing meals sourced from local catches and seasonal produce—food that comforts and fuels. Spend afternoons exploring peaceful trails, tidal coves, and whale watching, or simply sit in stillness and listen to the trees. Join optional workshops on intention-setting, mindful movement, and creative practice, or choose solitude in a cozy lodge with soft linens and blackout shades for the deepest rest. Evenings bring communal conversation around a fire or solitary stargazing beneath an expansive northern sky. Reset your rhythms with sleep that comes easily after a day tuned to nature’s pace. Leave with clearer intentions, renewed energy, and a softer, steadier mind—carrying Alaska’s calm with you as you return to everyday life.

Due to the remote location of Hoonah, Alaska, food options are more limited than in larger cities. Meals during the retreat will be simple, nourishing, and designed to support overall well-being. Vegetarian and pescatarian options can be accommodated with advance notice. While we aim to provide balanced and satisfying meals, guests are welcome to bring any personal snacks or specialty items they may prefer. This approach allows participants to experience both shared meals in a relaxed setting and the local offerings of the community.
