We invite you to move and nourish your body and connect deeply with your soul as we find balance in our bodies and our lives. Your teacher and leader of this retreat is Sally Mitchell, the founder and owner of Body Flows. Sally's approach as a leader and teacher is holistic, balanced, mindful, and grounded. Her teaching style is strong, supportive, and safe, integrating movement, alignment, breath, and stillness for a mindful and balanced flow practice. She has been teaching yoga since 2010 and leading yoga retreats since 2014, and is grateful to have the opportunity to share the gift of yoga with others. She looks forward to meeting you and being a part of your spiritual journey.

You will love the rural “Ranch” flavor of our family’s country retreat. Built in the 1930s, it nestles amid stately oaks, surrounded by rolling grass hills and vineyards in Sonoma’s Valley of the Moon. However you get here, you’ll be sorry to leave. Whether you come to work, to celebrate, or simply to relax, the grace and warmth of the Westerbeke Ranch gets inside of you. Walking the garden paths, warming your hands in front of the crackling “walk-in” stone fireplace, lounging on the lawn around the sapphire pool, or finishing up another scrumptious meal with some extraordinary chocolate mousse dessert, you might hear yourself think, “I could get used to this.” We suggest that you do. Find your way home to the Westerbeke Ranch.

This retreat is the absolute best and surpassed my expectations! It was thoughtfully organized and seamlessly executed. Sally, our yoga/meditation guru was exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and guided our sessions with purpose and intentions of positivity, gratitude, and healing. The food was high quality and delicious, accommodations were very comfortable, and the surroundings were perfect for de-stressing and reconnection. I can't wait to plan my next retreat!

Book this retreat! The retreat was just what I needed and truly exceeded my expectations. The yoga, accommodation, food, programs, and pace of the weekend was excellent. Sally does so much to prepare for the weekend and it really shows. The meals also exceeded my expectations as far as the quality and variety. My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there together and definitely would seek out another of her retreats at another location in the future. Thank you so much for everything! We had an unforgettable experience.
