Details

Sounds of Africa retreat is the promise of an unforgettable one-week journey through Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) and Chobe National Park (Botswana), where daily yoga and sound healing practices will invite presence, reconnection and restoration; and be combined with epic safaris in Botswana’s authentic and exclusive wilderness, along with cultural and community moments. This retreat is designed for those who are longing for a real break away from everything, to restore, reconnect with themselves, and experience a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in the African wilderness. You can expect: - daily gentle & deeply recharging practices (yin-yang yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra and sound healing journeys) designed to invite presence, reconnection and restoration - multiple unforgettable safaris in Botswana’s authentic and exclusive wilderness (expect elephants, giraffes, zebras... and very likely lions too) - cultural & community moments, such as a drumming workshop or visit to the local village - accommodation in a beautiful premium glamping-style lodge surrounded by the savannah (yes - there's also a pool ;-)) No particular experience in yoga or meditation is needed - the retreat is intentionally gentle and accessible (except if you are pregnant for safety reasons, due to the jeep safaris and remote location). Good to note that most people who have already signed up so far are coming alone, in case you're also a solo retreat-er!
