It heals me.

This state that helps me relax.
With this rain,
And this moment,

I am here for myself,
A gift from myself.

Noticing my forehead,
Softening and melting.
Noticing my face,
Softening and melting.
Noticing my shoulders,
My arms,
Softening and melting.
Noticing my back,
My belly,
Softening,
Melting.
I am noticing myself,
Holding my body gently,
As my body melts,
Melting is good for me.
The more I experience the melting,
The more grounded,
Connected,
Relaxed I become.
I am noticing the parts of my body that make contact with where they are resting.
My body continues to melt,
Allowing my body to melt.
Noticing the you that looks out from behind your eyes,
This place where we notice our awareness,
We can be aware of awareness.
Conscious of being aware,
This is my safe space.
Looking out from behind my closed eyes,
The patterns,
Shapes and colours.
Allow the solfeggio frequency of 639 hertz to do its thing.
The two magic words for this frequency,
Communication,
Love.
I choose communication.
I choose to love.
There's nothing else to do right now.
Nowhere else to be.
Nothing else to think.
I am here for me.
Allowing the surroundings of comfort and ease to gently envelope you.
Allowing yourself to rest in appreciation.
Appreciation for the fact that you chose this moment.
This moment for you.
This moment for you and from you.
Let's drift away in this sleeping position that you've found.
Allowing yourself to gently notice how you are holding your body in this position.
Noticing all the sensations that open up to you.
Giving you this sense of ease,
Comfort in preparation for sleep.
Noticing the sensations on the surface of my body.
Noticing sensations within my body.
This is my time.
As you drop further and further into this place of ease and comfort.
That whatever thoughts arise,
Whatever the content,
Allowing them to come and go.
Whilst you appreciate this moment of ease.
This space that you've created.
You might like to visualize that there's a magic jug in front of you.
It's magic because it's gently hovering in the air.
Visualize the colors of this magic jug.
And on the side of this jug has the words relaxation and sleep.
Inside this jug is relaxation and sleep remedies.
You may like to visualize the consistency of what is inside this jug.
It could be a slow moving liquid.
Or like fairy dust.
It's up to you.
This magic jug has your best interests at heart.
When you're ready you can imagine this jug intuitively pouring relaxation all over your body.
You can start from your head down to your toes in a systematic way or allow the jug intuitively to do its thing.
Allowing this relaxation to touch these parts of your body and when it does,
Your body melts,
Softens and you are nurtured.
You are safe in this moment and as you give yourself permission to be here now in this sacred space that you have created,
The relaxation response increases,
You find yourself more and more in a place of wellbeing.
The nervous system soothes for deep sleep and healing,
Noticing the space and stillness that surrounds you.
The space and stillness that is immediately around you,
Close to you.
The space and stillness that is within you,
Anywhere you notice space and stillness.
Allowing yourself to become more and more acquainted with this nurturing space and stillness.

A silent witness within.
The more connected here,
The more I drop into a place of deep,
Restorative and healing sleep.
Everything right now happens as it does.
The more I relax,
The more I surrender to the universe.
