Welcome to Nale Yoga.
This is Rufi Eisenberg with a short meditation on the Hebrew letters of the alphabet.
In Judaism we are taught that the world was created with the Hebrew letters and every letter corresponds to specific places on the body.
This meditation invites you to place each of the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet on their corresponding body parts while synchronizing with the breath.
If you're not already there please find a comfortable position either sitting down or laying on your back with your spine in alignment,
Your palms open and your shoulders relaxed.
Feel free to close your eyes and let's take one clearing breath,
Inhaling deeply,
Sensing how the air distributes throughout your body and exhaling completely.
Now bringing awareness to the top of your head,
Inhale the letter Aleph into your head and exhale Aleph.
Inhale Beth to the mouth and exhale Beth.
Inhale Gimel to the right ear,
Exhale Gimel.
Inhale Dalet to the left ear and exhale Dalet.
Inhale He to the right nostril,
Sensing how the air flows through you and exhale He from the right nostril.
Inhale Vav into the left nostril and exhale Vav from the left nostril.
Inhale Zion into the right eye and exhale Zion.
Inhale Chet into the left eye and exhale Chet.
Inhale Tet into the tongue and exhale Tet.
Inhale Yud to the right hand and exhale Yud.
Inhale Kaf to the left hand and exhale Kaf.
Inhale Lamed into the heart and from the heart exhale Lamed.
Inhale Mem into the stomach and exhale Mem.
Inhale Nun into the reproductive organs and exhale Nun.
Inhale Samech into the backbone and exhale Samech.
Inhale Ayan into the space between the eyes,
The third eye,
And exhale Ayan.
Inhale Pe into the mouth and exhale Pe.
Inhale Tzadi into the knees and exhale Tzadi.
Inhale Kuf into the nape of the neck and exhale Kuf.
From here inhale Rish into the brain and exhale Rish.
Inhale Shin into the teeth and exhale Shin.
Inhale Tav to the lips and exhale Tav.
And now take one more deep breath,
Inhaling and on the exhale sensing how the letters of the alphabet settle onto your body.
And you may open your eyes when you're ready and return back to the space that contains you.
Ein Od Milvedo,
Ein Od Milvedo,
Ein Od Milvedo.
