Explore MeditationSadie is a counsellor and meditation guide with training in Buddhist psychology. They are inspired by Buddhist practice and nature-based spirituality. Their journey with meditation, reflection and mindful movement continually reminds them to inhabit their embodied experience, which holds so many clues about how thoughts, feelings and perception come to arise as they do. Guiding meditations is a form of creative expression for Sadie, and they are grateful to share this with you all. They are especially interested in how to create meditation experiences which are trauma informed and accessible for neurodiverent folk.
