Today,
Unwholed,
Letting the old self go.
Everyone welcome.
Breathe.
Sometimes in creating a new life,
We may find a sense of sadness that unexpectedly shows up in our being.
We may feel a heaviness looking for attention.
We may feel a weighted pulse and a warmth waiting to wash through us.
A sadness of an old way of being that no longer serves us,
Ready to say goodbye.
There can be an eagerness to get to the other side,
To look for what is beyond the old self,
To jump into the new.
Yet,
What would be possible,
Dear one,
If you were to let yourself see whatever is there for you and to feel in the moments of letting go,
In the moments of loving yourself free?
Breathe.
We each have our own layers that shed away in our expansion.
A layer of creating from shame.
A layer of acting from fear.
A layer of believing that we cannot have our dreams.
I invite you to notice a layer that you are letting go of now in your unfolding.
A layer that you are now setting free.
What is the old self that you are letting go?
Breathe.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Notice any sensations that you may feel in your body.
Allow yourself to feel the coming up and washing through of that which is there for you.
Dear one,
I invite you to love yourself free.
Imagine a warmth washing through you,
From the top of your head,
Flowing downward through your face,
Your neck,
Your chest,
Through your arms and your torso.
Down through your legs and out through your feet.
Imagine a healing flow of letting go.
What does it feel like to lovingly set yourself free?
Imagine a welling up of love from your essence,
Your soul.
What does it feel like to love all of you?
Take a deep breath in and let it go.
Another deep breath in and let it go.
What does it feel like to let this old self go?
The part that feels as if it has been holding its breath and now has permission to breathe.
Inhale and exhale.
I invite you to place one hand on your heart,
Your loving heart.
Feel the depth of unwavering love that it has for you.
It is here for you.
Feel its embrace,
Its holding,
Its assurance that all is well.
What does it feel like to love you?
