This is a simple meditation to get you started on your journey to manifesting and designing the life of your dreams.
Listen to this meditation the first thing in the morning.
Do this for one week before moving on to the next meditation.
This specific meditation is designed to allow you to access theta consciousness through slowing down your thoughts and relaxing your mind.
So go ahead and get into a comfortable position and begin slowing down your breath.
Go ahead and take an inhale.
Now exhale.
Inhale slowly again.
And now exhale slowly.
Now I want you to breathe on your own.
Five seconds for the in breath and five seconds for the out breath.
And as you are inhaling I want you to imagine a white light slowly traveling up from the base of your spine until it gets to the top of your head.
And when you exhale I want you to visualize all the stress and anxiety and fears and limiting reliefs leave your body out through the bottom of your feet.
So as you inhale imagine that white light traveling from the base of your spine all the way up to the top of your head.
And when you exhale imagine the stress,
The anxiety,
The limiting beliefs,
The things that have triggered you yesterday just effortlessly leaving your body through the bottom of your feet.
If you have any thoughts come into your head all you have to do is acknowledge it and say no thank you and let that thought just pass by just like the clouds in the sky.
And focusing on your breath.
But this time as you visualize the white light traveling up your spine I want you to see every single cell in your body being nourished,
Being energized by this white light.
Giving you more energy,
Giving you more patience,
Filling you with the feeling of love and gratitude.
And when you exhale the stress,
The anger,
The frustration,
Every single negative emotion begins leaving your body through the bottom of your feet.
Do not worry if you have random thoughts come into your brain,
Come into your mind.
Just acknowledge it and say no thank you and let it pass by.
So just continue breathing five seconds in,
Five seconds out and as you visualize the white light as well as the stress leaving your body I want you to feel more and more relaxed with each breath.
More and more relaxation every single time you exhale.
Notice how relaxed you are right now and any other sensations that may be going through your body.
And as you are doing this I want you to begin visualizing having the best day today.
Whatever you plan on doing visualize yourself having fun,
Being engaged,
More energized,
More patient,
Being able to go with the flow,
Not getting triggered by people driving too slow,
By people annoying you and everything is just so easy.
Visualize the smile that you have on your face and how that smile positively affects everyone that sees you.
Life can be challenging but it does not need to be difficult.
So even when you encounter a challenge understand that this challenge will allow your consciousness to expand,
To grow,
To enjoy and to love.
See how effortless your day can be while still accomplishing every single thing on your to-do list.
You don't need to be stressed out.
You don't need to be anxious.
You simply need to focus on being present.
And when you are present you are in flow state and flow state will allow you to access your subconscious,
What they call theta consciousness.
Your conscious brain can only process 40 bits of data per second.
Your subconscious can process 20 million bits of data per second.
So this is why slowing down and meditating is the best thing for busy overachievers to do.
Now that you have visualized the most amazing day I want you to imagine telling someone close to you how wonderful your day was.
How many great things happened.
And they happened because you were present.
You were mindful.
You weren't stuck in your head thinking,
Wondering,
Worrying about whether you were smart enough,
Funny enough.
You just know that you had the perfect day and that every day can be a perfect day when you prioritize meditation so that both hemispheres of your brain can light up and reconcile the past,
The present and the future for deep healing so that you can manifest from a place of wholeness and completeness.
Now slowly wiggle your fingers and toes and bring yourself back into beta consciousness.
Go ahead and roll your shoulders.
And that's it for today's meditation.
