This meditation is to help you identify emotions and limiting beliefs that you would like to eliminate.
Let's start first by relaxing your neck and shoulders.
Take a deep breath in.
And now exhale.
Now when you inhale,
I want you to imagine your body being bathed in a warm energy that revitalizes you.
And when you exhale,
Imagine your body getting rid of toxins and negative emotions.
Now let's inhale slowly one more time,
Feeling that warming sensation encompass our entire body,
Nourishing every single cell in your body.
Now slowly exhale as you release all the negative memories and vibes from your week.
Now let's breathe in one more time,
And this time I want you to imagine a feeling of bliss taking over your body and really allowing yourself to fully relax.
And now as we exhale,
Feel your temples and jaw begin to slowly loosen up as you get deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Now let's focus on your third eye.
This is the area between your two eyes.
I want you to become aware of the space around your third eye and really bring your focus there.
Now let's take a deep breath and bring your focus to our third eye and imagine your body being filled with infinite answers from the universe.
Now exhale and have gratitude that you will now begin receiving intuitive answers from source creation.
Now you could take two more deep breaths at your own pace and focus on your third eye and really imagine your ability to receive more intuitive somatic wisdom.
And remember as you exhale,
Have gratitude that you will now begin receiving intuitive answers from source creation.
Now let's bring your attention to your throat and the space around your neck.
Your throat is responsible for communicating your thoughts and emotions to the outside world.
As you inhale,
I want you to imagine a powerful force entering your throat,
Giving you the courage and confidence to say what is on your mind.
And as you exhale,
I want you to feel the satisfaction that you will feel when you are able to express your thoughts and emotions freely.
Now let's do that two more times at your own speed as you feel more and more confidence in your ability to express and to emote.
Remember as you inhale,
You want to imagine a powerful force entering your throat,
Giving you the courage and confidence to say what is on your mind.
And as you exhale,
I want you to feel the satisfaction of knowing that you expressed your thoughts and emotions freely.
Now that we have worked on your third eye and your throat,
Let's bring our focus to your heart and bring our attention to the space around our torso.
And as we breathe in,
I want you to imagine your heart being filled with self-love,
The self-love we need to give ourselves,
The most important person for us to love,
Ourselves.
And as we exhale,
Let all of your stress and anxieties leave your body so that we can allow more love to enter.
Now let's take two more deep breaths at our own pace as we imagine this healing energy going into our hearts and stress and anxiety leaving our body as we exhale.
Breathing in that self-love that we need to give to ourselves.
And as we exhale,
Letting go of all of these negative emotions,
Letting the anxiety leave our bodies.
Now let's identify a negative emotion or limiting belief that has been holding you back.
It can be fear or jealousy or always comparing ourselves to other people.
Whatever it is,
Let's pick something that if you could change your relationship with it,
It would dramatically change your life.
Now picture in your mind's eye when this emotion or limiting belief has gotten in the way of the progress you were hoping to see.
Let's show compassion for ourselves and say that it is okay that this happened unfolded the way it did.
That this event did not define us.
That this event has prepared us for the future.
Now let's picture an event where you no longer have this emotion or limiting belief.
Maybe you want to try ballroom dancing.
Maybe it's open mic night at the comedy club.
Maybe you want to start your own business.
Whatever you imagine,
Just know that this time you will succeed.
See yourself waking up that morning filled with excitement.
Telling your friends and family about the big adventure you are about to embark on.
See yourself eating your favorite healthy breakfast brimming with confidence and excitement of what is to come.
You are confident because you feel prepared.
You are so excited because you know that you have put in all the effort and hard work.
Now see yourself having the time of your life at this event.
An event that you have been waiting so long,
Waiting so long to do,
Waiting so long for,
But your limiting beliefs or emotions wouldn't allow you to do it.
But not this time.
That limiting belief is no longer there,
So you are fully present,
Fully engaged,
And the world gets to experience you in your highest self.
Feel how good this feeling is as it cascades throughout your entire body.
Know that you are responsible for this feeling.
That you have put in all the hard work to get here.
And that you completely deserve to be happy,
To be blissful.
As you imagine this peak experience,
We also want to show gratitude for our previous self,
The one that was paralyzed by this negative emotion or limiting belief.
Thank the previous you for having the courage to work through these emotions.
And that the stress and anxiety that you went through was to help you prepare for these glorious moments.
Simply feel the gratitude that you have for your previous,
Current,
And future selves.
Feel the gratitude.
Thank yourself for doing this meditation.
Now bring your awareness back to beta consciousness.
