Transcript

Before beginning this meditation,

Allow yourself to take a minute and thank yourself for just being present,

For taking this time for yourself.

Sit upright in your chair,

Making sure your body is as comfortable as possible and close your eyes.

Begin the meditation by sitting upright in your chair,

Feet on the floor,

Hands resting on the tops of your thighs,

Palm up.

Allow yourself to step fully into this present moment,

Trusting your process as you begin to go within.

Focus on the familiar rhythm of your breath as you let go,

The evenness of your inhales and exhales bringing you deep within,

Into your place of inner peace and centeredness.

Follow your breath as it takes you down and in,

Each inhale filling you with peace as you drop into the familiar space of your own heart.

Pause there surrounding yourself with inner peace and balance that always awaits you there.

Consciously deepen your breathing now,

Bringing life and health to every cell of your body as you inhale.

Letting go as you exhale,

Allowing your awareness of the outside world to slowly fade,

Replaced by stillness.

Release your thoughts,

Emotions and feelings,

Your worries and concerns.

As you become a detached observer,

Bring into your conscious awareness an area of your life that feels blocked and allow yourself to experience it as fully as possible.

Notice its size,

Shape and color,

The feelings it holds and the energy vibration that it rests in.

Imagine that your breath holds the power of change.

Feel light and as you exhale,

Send your breath directly into the block.

Use the power of your breath to move the energy behind the block,

Sending it down through your body deep into the earth.

Step back and focus your awareness now on your body,

Sensing any place that is out of balance,

And send the energy of your breath there with the intention to create balance and wholeness.

Feel light sending it with intention into your body.

Pull all of the physical energy you need now,

Bring it into your body,

Into every cell,

Using your breath as the vehicle.

Inhale,

Feeling every cell come alive with expansion and possibility.

When you are ready,

Return to the room and open your eyes.
