Before we begin this meditation,

Just relax in your chair for a few moments and take a look around you,

Choosing one object in your immediate environment to focus on.

Notice how it makes you feel.

Close your eyes and follow the rhythm of your breathing now as it naturally takes you deeper within.

Imagine a beautiful spiral of light moving through your body,

From the top of your head to your toes.

And every inhale,

Take your energy deeper down this spiral into the very core of your center.

Inhale and bring in a sense of centeredness and inner peace.

As you exhale,

Let go.

Your thoughts are wispy clouds easily dispersed against the backdrop of infinite peace.

Become aware now that you are completely surrounded by this peace and allow yourself to float.

Let go.

Bring into your conscious awareness a movie of your daily routine.

As you sit in your comfortable chair and watch,

Become aware of how you are affected by your environment.

Focus on your immediate environment first and expand your awareness to include your city,

Your town,

The world.

Focus on a part of your environment that is not supporting you.

And as you sit with it,

Go deeper.

Feel what it brings to you.

Ask how it is serving you in this present moment.

Begin to the possibility of shifting it into a place of support and imagine yourself implementing it into your life with ease and balance.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes and return to the room.
