Welcome to this shamanic meditation to the element of water within.

Make sure that for the duration of this recording you are not disturbed,

Creating a quiet space for yourself.

So get yourself comfortable either sitting or laying down and enjoy the journey.

Our intention is to connect to the flow of your inner waters for guidance.

Water reflects back to us our emotions and can reveal the depth of our true feeling.

It is through the lens of our emotions that we respond to the world around us.

Water carried you into this world as you came from your mother's womb.

Our planet consists of 70% water,

As does our body.

So open up your heart to the spirit of water to be your teacher today,

To guide you.

I am going to invite you to open up all your senses and really work with your imagination as we embark on this journey.

Let's start off with offering your gratitude to the spirit of place where you are.

The landscape you are in.

All the seen and unseen energies that support and protect you.

Take some deep cleansing breaths in and place your hand on your heart to connect with your heartbeat.

Allow the connection,

That rhythm,

To soothe you,

To still your mind as you breathe in.

Acknowledge where you are at emotionally.

In this moment,

How are you feeling?

Take a couple of deep cleansing breaths in as we greet the element of air.

Air was the first element to greet you when you were born and took your first breath.

Welcome the air in your body,

Supporting you.

Every breath you take in,

You create more space in your being.

Allow the breath to nourish you as you breathe in.

And with your imagination and your senses wide open,

We are going to embark on this journey to connect to the element of water and ask to be shown what is most important for us to learn about the rivers that flow through us.

The depth of our imagination.

Imagine that you are in a beautiful place in nature.

A place that you really love.

A place that soothes you,

Brings joy to your heart.

This might be a place that you have been before or somewhere you wish to go to.

Take in the beauty of this place as you breathe in.

And what is it about this place that you love?

Absorb the feeling it gives you.

Take in its vibrance.

What is the temperature like where you are?

Do you feel the sun on your skin?

Do you hear the wind move through the trees?

What does the soil feel like beneath your feet?

Open your senses.

Be curious.

Do you hear nature's song?

What is the vegetation like in this landscape?

Open yourself up to this wealth of beauty available to you right now.

Soothing you.

Re-energizing you.

Somewhere in this special place there is a body of water.

This can be a lake,

Pond,

The ocean or a stream.

Start making your way to this body of water.

Let nature guide you.

Let your senses guide you.

As you breathe in,

There is a place where you can comfortably sit down on the earth or lean against a rock.

Get comfortable and place your hand on your heart and one hand on the earth beneath.

Connecting your heartbeat to the deep pulse of the earth.

The beat of the earth reminding that we are all connected.

Water has many forms.

Observe the body of water in front of you.

Ask to be shown the true reflection of your emotions right now.

Is the water still?

Is it clear?

Or are the waves crashing onto the shore?

What are you being shown?

How have you been feeling emotionally?

As you breathe in,

Observing what's in front of you.

You may wish to look into the water.

What do you see?

Does it feel?

Ask yourself,

How can I tend to my emotional well-being?

What can I do to create harmony and balance?

The element of water reflects back to us what is happening in our inner landscape.

Our emotions.

Our deepest feelings.

Parts of ourselves we deny.

Parts that show us our greatest flow.

Maybe you wish to ask the water to share a personal symbol of empowerment with you.

Or you may wish to bathe in the cleansing waters,

Releasing all you wish to let go of emotionally and for the water to transmute them into blessings.

As you breathe in and out.

Working with water is transformational for our body and for the earth.

Sit here and reflect and take in the wisdoms that have been shared.

Know that you are held in a landscape connecting to the earth's womb.

Be held by the energies.

Offer the spirit of water your gratitude for nourishing you.

And then look around and see the beauty that surrounds you.

This wonderful place in nature.

Take it in.

Absorb it.

It will raise your vibration.

The beauty of this place reflects your own beauty right back at you.

The beauty that lies within you.

What word best represents this place?

This sacred place you chose to be in.

What comes to mind?

Is it brilliance?

Peace?

Hope?

Passion?

Whatever the word is,

Its frequency is high.

Now take a deep cleansing breath in and breathe in that word.

And on the out breath,

Offer your gratitude by emanating this word out through the air.

Creating a ripple effect of a higher vibration out into the world,

Into the collective,

Into the earth.

As you breathe in and out.

You can come back to this journey at any time.

But for now this journey has come to an end.

And it is time to make your way back through this landscape to the here and the now.

So take a couple of deep cleansing breaths as we thank the elements of fire,

Air and earth that move through us.

And especially water today for the wisdom and the teachings offered.

Now give yourself a squeeze and thank your body for all that is well.

And it is done.
