Hold compassion for yourself and breathe into those places that merely call for attention.
Directing your breath gently to those places to create space with kindness for yourself as you breathe in and out.

And your mind quieting down as you breathe in and out.

Imagine that you are in a place in nature that you love.
A lush summer stay.
Open up all your senses to experience this place fully and take in the beauty that this season offers.
The vibrance that surrounds you.
Feel the sun on your skin.
Hear the sounds of the birds.
Breathe in the fragrances of the flowers.
And notice the bright colors that surround you as you breathe in and out.
Open up your imagination and all your senses to experience the vibrance of all that is being expressed around you.
