Slowing down the mind and connecting to the wisdom of your body. Releasing that which is weighing on you so you can relax on a deeper level.

Welcome to this guided journey.

This journey is for relaxation,

Deep sleep and calming your mind.

Over the next few minutes,

I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation,

Where you will experience a wonderful,

Relaxed and calm state of being.

This time is for you.

Time to nourish yourself.

I invite you to find a space where you can get comfortable and be undisturbed.

You may wish to close your eyes.

So let's start with taking some deep,

Cleansing breaths in and out.

Breathe in deeply and exhale fully.

Breathe in deeply and exhale fully,

Gently following your breath as it moves through your body,

Noticing your chest rise and collapse.

Feel your belly rise and collapse.

If thoughts arise or internal mind chatter is happening,

That's okay.

Continue to focus on your breath and my voice,

As the thoughts will slow down and your mind will become calmer.

As you breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

You may notice where the breath flows or where there is congestion.

Observe this but don't judge it.

Allowing each breath you take to take you deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation as you are creating more space in your being.

Space for you to be.

For surrender.

To be still.

As you breathe in and out.

In and out.

Now place your hand on your heart,

Your magnificent heart.

Feel your heartbeat,

Your rhythm slowing down as you slow down.

Energy follows in tension.

So on the next exhale I invite you to release that which you may have carried with you today.

That which has been weighing on you.

That which you may wish to let go of.

Feelings,

Physical aches or pains allow the weight to drop off you.

Imagine it being released in whichever way comfortable for you.

As you breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Feel the support beneath your body.

Allow your body to be heavy.

To relax and to be held by the earth.

As you breathe in and out.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Breathing in the living life force energy.

Feel it move through your body.

Filling your lungs.

Revitalising your being.

In this state of stillness,

Of calm and serenity.
