Greetings,

I'm Rev.

Skip,

And today's meditation is all about remembering our Mother Earth,

Our home,

Our planet.

Using the CARES acronym that I created for transformation,

We will focus on connection,

Action,

Remember,

Empowerment,

And self-love.

Before we get into our contemplative meditation and prayers,

Let's remember a few important points.

Connection.

Everything is connected to everything,

Mother Earth,

The people,

The planet,

Our furry animals.

It is called the Law of Oneness.

Everything is connected to everything else.

So when we decide to take care of ourselves,

We are actually taking care of Mother Earth.

And when we decide to help Mother Earth be sustainable,

We sustain our lives.

With setting the intention to help our planet revive itself,

We must get into action.

We must contemplate a simple question.

What is mine to do?

I believe there are different ways that we can come together to help the planet,

And not everyone is going to do the same exact thing,

But we must do something.

We get to remember that this Earth has taken care of us,

That our seas and our oceans and our rivers and our lakes are a vital point of our survival.

There is an ecosystem balance.

Water helps us to continue to live.

We are empowered by our connection.

Our divine spirit is connected to Mother Earth.

Self-care,

Self-love,

It's all the same.

When we understand that we are connected to spirit and spirit is connected to the Earth,

We begin to move with purpose.

So when we think about Mother Earth or Mother Gaia,

We begin to connect with the divine feminine.

The divine feminine has four qualities.

Healing,

Birthing,

Nurturing,

And becoming.

Because of the way that we have taken care of our planet and misuse our resources,

We are called to move into a time of healing.

As we are emerging out of a pandemic,

We are birthing a new way of living.

The sacred reset has given us time to remember how important our planet is to us.

During the pandemic,

We saw the trees starting to renew itself and the flowers got a break from the pollution.

So what are we birthing?

A new paradigm,

A new consciousness,

A new way of being.

Our divine mother has nurtured us for generations.

Mother Earth was here before we were and has always provided food,

Love,

A home.

So now it's time to nurture Mother Nature.

We are not living with nature,

We are nature itself.

So we're becoming more aware and awake the importance of us and Mother Earth becoming as one.

So let's begin our contemplative guided meditation and prayers for the healing of our planet.

I invite you to become still.

Find your place that you deem to be sacred.

If you're outside,

Be with trees and the grass,

Be with the animals and the birds,

Bring them into your meditation.

If you're by the ocean,

Listen to the waves as you listen to my voice.

If you're in a home,

I invite you to connect with the home that you're in.

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Release the body and turn on the mind.

Follow your breath and begin to allow yourself to be immersed into unconditional love.

It's the God zone,

I love to call it.

Just allow yourself to be.

Let's take a deep breath in through the nostrils.

Exhale through the mouth.

Inhale again through the nostrils.

Exhale through the mouth.

One more time,

Inhale through the nostrils.

Exhale through the mouth.

Our connection.

We begin to remember the law of oneness.

I am one with Mother Earth.

I am one with Gaia.

I am one with the Earth.

Action.

What is mine to do?

How can I make a difference to help preserve and conserve our planet's energies?

What can I do to help Mother Earth heal in this very important time?

What can I do to generate healing for seven generations to come?

What can I do to reserve water to help all life?

What can I do to help?

Remember.

Today I get to remember the preciousness of life.

Today I get to remember the preciousness of life.

Today I get to remember the divine feminine that is healing us,

That is birthing us,

That is nurturing us.

Today I get to remember I am becoming something new as we enter into this new way of being.

What is mine to do?

Empowerment.

I am anchored in Spirit,

Therefore I am empowered to make a difference.

The power that comes from the Earth fuels my life.

There is a circulation of energy through Mother Earth as Mother Earth for Mother Earth.

I am anchored in the divine Spirit to make a difference to everyone.

Self-love and self-care.

I choose to renew myself and renew the planet as one.

One life.

One world.

One people.

One planet.

One.

As I step into self-healing for Mother Earth and for this planet,

I heal myself.

And now we go into a state of prayer.

We give gratitude for Mother Earth.

We give gratitude for this planet that we live on,

Our home,

For the oceans,

For the life that is so abundant.

We give thanks for the planet that provides our food,

That provides our oxygen,

That provides our nourishment,

Our waters.

We give thanks for the sunlight and the sounds of the birds.

We give thanks for the beautiful flowers,

The colors,

The rainbows,

The vegetables.

We give thanks for life itself and the realization that we are one with this vast,

Abundant,

Prosperous existence.

And from a place of gratitude,

I know that the one power,

The one presence,

The one mind is active everywhere,

Is active right where we are.

The Divine Feminine is healing us,

Nurturing us,

It's birthing us.

Our great mother loves us and we are one with it.

So I bless this time of remembering.

I bless each and every person that is in the sound of my voice and knowing today is the day to begin again.

I'm blessing the growth and prosperity of the planet.

May it grow,

May it expand,

May it become more.

We bless the planet from the root,

The core,

The ground and this vibration of blessing permeates into the air,

Into the stars,

Into the ethers.

We call forth clean air for everyone.

We call forth clean waters and the activity of cleaning the oceans and the lakes and the seas and we see a clean earth.

We call for prosperity and plentitude that will allow us to continue to restore our home.

And as we contemplate what is mine to do,

I celebrate those who have said yes and those who are contemplating because we are all called to do something.

We give thanks again for the beauty of the waters,

The sparkling sunlight,

The blue lakes,

The shimmers of the moonlight.

We give thanks for all the food that has been provided for us and that will continue to nourish our efforts.

I release this word into the law of manifestation and I give thanks.

And so it is.

So we are.

And so we shall be.

Ashe,

Aho,

Namaste.

So I invite you to slowly bring your awareness back into the place that you are in.

I am grateful that you decided to listen to this meditation today.

I bless you.

I honor you and I thank God for you.

Until next time,

I'm Rev Skep and remember transformation is a choice.
