I Am Earth

I Am Earth is a fun musical children's story containing a brief mindfulness activity focused on the senses in the present moment, as well as a creative visualization of a fallen log being embraced by earth. Apt for ages 3 and up with a theme of trust, grounding and metta or loving kindness towards self and all beings, connecting with ourselves and the rest of the beings and the planet.
