Donna Rucinski Harrington studied yoga at Kripalu and teaches yoga and mindfulness at a 5-12 public charter school. She enjoys helping students re-learn how to relax through nurturing restorative yoga classes and sharing the science supporting meditation practice. These secular meditations were designed for teachers to use as short breaks to facilitate social-emotional learning competencies but can be used by anyone.
