Very comforting. Grief really is an enduring feeling at times. You want to cry and release but no tears come. You don’t want to eat like you used to. Your routine and sense of self becomes distorted. Heavy. Emotionally heavy. Thank you for this.

Thank you! Served me well today. I find that the somatic self hugs, taps and self touch regulate me so much faster and deeper than just the breath or vagus nerve stimulation, I appreciate you including those 🫂🤍🙏🏻

Lovely! I miss your Pleidians meditation so I brought them in! Thank you!

I really love grounding meditations so thus, Ive done quite a lot of them through the years. I cherish those I find that get to come with me in my journey of healing. This is one of them. 🌿 I enjoyed the spaciousness after your invitations and the work with the root chakra. Thank you for sharing your gifts. 🙏✨️ May there be Love. 🌹🤍

Wow. I’m speechless. That was so beautiful. Thank you for bringing such light and patience and gentle shelter into a mediation. I needed that more than I even knew. Will be coming back to this for years to come. Blessings to you ✨ Namaste 🙏🏽

I am feeling so much better after this meditation. Thank you so much. From the heart🤍

A truly unique experience. I absolutely loved it! Thank you so much for this incredible healing journey ❤️
