Explore MeditationSuzanne has been teaching mindfulness since 2011. She's trained in teaching MBSR, as well as in teaching mindfulness to children K-12. For 10 years Suzanne taught mindfulness for a large hospital system. She is currently an independent mindfulness teacher, coach, and consultant who teaches classes, gives talks, develops curricula, and is involved in research. She is a certified teacher with the International Mindfulness Teachers Assoc., and has master's degrees in education and social work.
