Hindus worship one God in many forms. The Vedas explain that there is one God and all there is, is God. He is said to be both the creator and the manifestation of the universe. He is both the efficient and the material cause – the maker, and the material. For example, in the case of a clock, the clock-maker is the intelligent or the efficient cause. The matter, from which the various parts are made, is the material cause.

I have an appointment with myself.

When I want to be happily with myself.

Often I'm so busy that I do not have the occasion to be with myself.

To know myself.

To see how beautiful I am.

I am generally acquainted with my super flow self.

Sometimes I see myself a happy person.

Sometimes an unhappy person.

Sometimes elated.

Sometimes sad.

Sometimes satisfied,

Sometimes dissatisfied.

Sometimes angry.

Sometimes selfish.

This is how myself is usually manifest to me.

I have taken for granted that this super flow self I am.

It is true that there are corners in my mind where there may be anger.

There may be greed.

There may be resentment.

There may be sadness.

Sometimes these things do seem to be there in my mind.

But I do not have to judge myself based on these super flow feelings.

The cravings,

The anger,

The greed.

Sometimes fear.

All of these are products of ignorance.

They do not represent my true nature.

I should not judge myself based on these fleeting states of mind.

In spite of these cravings,

Anger,

Etc.

Appearing in my mind,

On the surface of my mind,

The core person that I am is a kind,

Loving,

Beautiful person.

Kindness is my nature,

Not cruelty.

Cruelty,

If it is there,

Is because of ignorance,

Is also an intruder.

If there are any cravings,

If there is any anger,

Any of these negative feelings,

These are all products of ignorance.

They are all intruders.

They do not represent my true nature.

This meditation is an appointment with myself to get acquainted to my true nature.

There are many occasions when I find myself a kind person,

A loving person,

In presence of some people.

Under certain situations,

I see myself a kind,

Loving person.

Well,

That is my nature.

There are times or situations when I find myself a generous,

Charitable person.

That is my nature.

There are times or situations when I find myself a selfless person,

Willing to do anything,

Without consideration for the reward.

There are times when I find myself reaching out,

Helping,

Contributing.

That is my true nature.

Often I see that I am a beautiful person,

A noble person.

These are the times when I have a glimpse of my true self.

When,

For whatever reason,

The cloud of this craving,

Anger,

Etc.

,

Gets removed,

Then I have a glimpse of my true nature.

Just as the ocean is profoundly silent in the depth,

Even though it may be disturbed on the surface,

So also,

Even though I may find myself disturbed on the surface,

Because of ignorance,

Sometimes because of lack of discrimination,

Even though I may come across a person like that,

In the depth of my being,

The core person that I am is a beautiful,

Kind,

Loving person.

Even though I may have a glimpse of that person only now and then,

It is possible that I may find myself a sad person often,

An unhappy person often.

Even then,

That is not my nature.

I do not have to judge myself based on these superficial situations.

I am inherently a kind,

Loving,

Beautiful person.

I remind myself of those moments when I was kind,

When I was loving,

When I was compassionate.

I remind myself of those moments and recognize that that is my true nature.

Jnana.

Jnana Nirmal.

Sivoham.

Sivoham.

Sivoham.

Sivoham.

A kind,

Loving,

Beautiful person I am.

And when I see myself a kind person,

A loving person,

I become happy with myself.

I love myself when I am kind,

Good,

Loving.

And when I love myself,

I love everything else.

And that is my nature.

And just as I am inherently a kind,

Good,

Loving person,

So are others.

Even though they may also appear as unkind sometimes,

As aggressive sometimes,

As selfish sometimes,

Even though people may appear that way,

And their core being the person in the personality is a kind,

Good,

Loving person.

Lord Krishna,

He was embodiment of love,

Freedom,

Joy.

And also intrinsically,

I am an embodiment of freedom,

Love,

Joy.

In that sense,

I am the same as Lord Krishna.

And that is all I need.

I do not need anything else.

I do not need any other powers,

Or wealth,

Or name,

Or fame to be happy.

All I need is this kind,

Loving self.

That's all I need to be happy,

To be successful.

And that is what I already am.

That is what everyone is.

That is the reality.
