Journaling at night has plenty of benefits. It is a great reflection of your day and preparation for tomorrow. You can set yourself free by allowing yourself to write down everything you are holding inside of you. Paper won't judge you, don't be afraid to write everything you feel!

Welcome everyone to today's journal from writing.

Grab your favorite journal and pen,

Sit in a comfortable position in a quiet environment where no one will disturb you.

After each question I'm going to give you some space to think and write down your answers.

Today's session is designed for journaling in the evening.

Let's begin.

How can this problem be solved?

What made me happy today?

Did I make someone else happy?

How did I develop today?

Did I develop spiritually and personally?

Am I happy with myself today?

Do I feel fulfilled today?

Am I generally grateful?

How can I change this feeling?
